I literally find myself turned off food until at least 3 in the afternoon & then I'm worrying I'm not feeding growing baby enough & will make him/her poorly!
anyone have any tips?

Maybe ask your midwife -
dried toast is good if you feel sick. Maybe a cereal / nutrition bar. Ask your midwife if you need any supplements or ask about meal replacement shakes/smoothies
