Some nights M sleep 3-4 hours between feed. Which is fab!
others, like tonight she is up every 20 mins! Any advice?
she started off in her cot in the poddle pod and we switched to cosleeping throughout the night.
she will happily sleep on me which is good for her, but means I'm awake.

W wouldn't sleep on his own for a long time when he was younger. Unfortunately it's probably just a phase. you could try letting her fall asleep on you and then once you know she is asleep, move her to her own cot/poodle? That's what we did which we then progressed to putting W down in his crib and rubbing his back until we thought he was asleep (he wouldn't sleep on his back, only his side)

She's still only tiny so it might just take a while for her to get used to being asleep away from you. Have you tried white noise? For the first few weeks when we brought S home, if he woke up when we put him down, I put some womb noise on from a white noise app I had on my phone and put my hand on his chest and he usually settled again. I also used to put my pillow case over his crib mattress so that he had my scent near him and warmed his crib through with a hot water bottle before putting him in it after he fell asleep on Mr. It worked really well for us, not sure if you could do that with a poddle though.
