The dreaded sleep regression, we had this around 5 1/2 months. The thing is it could be so many different things. Food, too much/not enough, too hot/too cold, teething, active during the day so thinking more about it at night, separation anxiety (not sure if you're back at work) or just wanting comfort. Keep offering 3 meals a day & hopefully he'll take what he needs, same with bottles. Being a parent can be hard but it will pass. My daughter slept through from 9 - 22 weeks but then didn't sleep through consistently until she was a year but hope the phase is shorter for you. Sorry I can't offer any magical solution x

I wish I could give you a magic answer but my 22 month old was up 3 times last night for no obvious reason, and that's pretty standard for us. :-(

Thanks guys, I really really hope he goes back to the old pattern when whatever this is is over! Your not giving me much hope though lol! We have managed breakfast and lunch today so I hope we can get the eating back on track and that might help, I just can't help but think its linked to that and the bottle drop as well as getting more active or I'm just hanging onto that thought!
