I am 24 weeks pregnant and over the last two weeks I have really struggled to get a decent nights sleep. I have early onset SPD which I don't think is helping. When I roll over at night my hip clicks so loud it wakes me up and hurts too.
What aids can I use? I have a long pillow at the moment but this doesn't seem to be helping at all

I am having same probs, I've folded my pillow almost in half and tied it with a short scarf (lol) the single layer pillow tucks under bump and the double fold goes between my knees / to rest leg on, its not perfect and it takes a bit to get comfy but I'm not being woken by clicks and crunches now! ( usually just to pee!)
Also am trying a heated wheat pack ( its like a long fabric tube filled with herbal grains you nuke in microwave instead of hot water bottle) laid over my hip joint when I lay down.
Other than that try a bump support belt/band ( Amazon babies r us mothercare etc ) to give support thru the day so its not as bad at night???
You can also get help from a physiotherapist if you have the patience to go thru gp
Hope these help xx
