    Hi ladies

I was just wondering if you can use the baby sleeping bags in a crib or moses basket or do you wait until they're in their cot?

    Thanks, NN 14+6 xxx

Some of them are really really long, I couldn't believe it but I guess they need to be in case your baby has long legs.
Perhaps measure your crib then measure your grobags and see?

I used a baby sleeping bag with both my 2, dd was a summer baby so didn't use 1 till she was in cot but ds was in the first size ones in moses basket, i had to- he kept pulling his cover over his face lol! Personally i like them as u know lo can't kick their covers off etc, most of mine were just cheap ones from matalan.
    Hope that helps

Thanks ladies - it's really helpful to talk to others who have 'been there and done that' before!

I didn't want to go out and buy 0-6 month ones if we weren't going to be able to use them until baby is in cot. Think I will buy a couple in this size and then just see how we get on and if we need anymore :\)

i never used one with my son - not even sre they were around (he's 8) any how i've brought one for the lo as i'd heard people on about them, but i doubt i'll use it until baby is a bit igger, think i got 0-6 months, but it's quite big! so i'll just use blankets to start off, didn't have problems with them before so hopefully will be the same
