I just woke up after a 3hr nap & feel groggy but good for the first time in days. I wake up early every day for work (5.30am) & this morning was up at 4am & have noticed the last week or two that I can hardly stay awake after 8pm. I was told to start napping in the day but a bit difficult when you work full time & I have never been a day sleeper but if todays nap is anything to go by I might take it up

Anyone else started gaving a little siesta? And if yes, how do you fit it in?

    p.s I am 26+5

sophia sounds like you got your hands full with work & uni. Is there any way to have a couple of hrs once you get in then set an alarm to wake up for a few more hours. I too wake up so early cause I am sleeping so early but am trying now to get back into a "normal" pattern so am going to start finishing work at 5 & try to sleep for an hour or 2 then get up have dinner & go to bed around 11. Dunno if it will work but I am going to try.

I always fall asleep in the day at weekends. I used to think it was because I don't do a lot. (I'm very lazy and I get up late and sit on the sofa all day watching telly!), but then, even when I get up early on a Saturay and go out and do stuff, i'll get home and practically pass out! I don't nap so much in the week as i'm still managing to sleep all night, pretty much. (I'm only 22 weeks). I've had one of those body pillows from about the first week I found out I was pregnant as my boobs hurt to much to sleep on my front. I've also been completley useless at work and they have actually had 'words' with me about it, but i just can't seem to force my brain into action. it's really bad too, because it's the kind of job that dmands a good memory and you need to be on te ball all the time! I can't wait till i leave at the end of May!
