Hello again MDers.
I posted a while ago about my sister who found herself unexpectedly pregnant. Well things have settled down, and despite the fact she was told she can't have children, she is now 5 months gone and starting to allow herself to plan and be excited.
I'd like to throw her a baby shower, she doesn't know loads of people, so a total of between 9-14 people. I have lots of activity ideas and food/drink etc, but how long should it last? I'm trying to sort invites but have no idea on timescales. I was thinking a sunday afternoon, would 3 hours be long enough to eat cake and have a laugh?
Any help would be appreciated.

I think 3 hours is pretty perfect to be honest. Any longer and I'd have been struggling to sit there comfortably etc.
Hope it's a fab party!

Thanks Little Madam. It will be fairly relaxed so people can leave as and when they want, but I just want to do something nice to celebrate the occasion.
