Anyone got one of these? Would you reccommend? Or something else similar?

We have a ewen sheep which is very similar and we used it a lot in the newborn days. It was very useful, and we still use it now on occasion

I have one and use it every night but can't say it does anything. E wakes a couple of times a night and it comes on but doesn't send her back to sleep!

Yes, definitely recommend. It's a godsend.

I think it definitely helped in the early days but not so much as he got older. White noise in general does seem to help most babies though. I still run a fan in Isaac's room all night and for naps. He can sleep without it but its great at covering noises such as bin men, H getting up for work, people outside etc. Our slumber bear died in the end but it was worth the money.

I've got one you can have for a fiver + postage?
It's one of the older ones that doesn't play the lullabies. We got it too late for G - wish we'd bought it before he was born & used it from day one!
PM me if you're interested.

We have one but it only seemed to make a difference in the past 6 weeks (from about 10 weeks). Although we've actually started using the Sounds for Silence machine which we got when my H bought a subscription to Mother and Baby (www.amazon.co.uk/.../B003WKZ4Y2). You can turn it up really loud so we can drown out his shouting which instantly sends him to sleep!
