Now that would be a conversation piece when this child is older!
Sending vibes to this very premature baby that they pull through!

My goodness. How scary must that have been?
Hoping all is well with them both.

How scary. Luckily she was in business class, wouldn't fancy giving birth on an economy seat!!

I could have guessed it was going to be a Nigerian flight, and I would place bets on her being further along than 26 weeks. We have had 2 babies born onboard flights. The first was a Lagos - London and the woman had claimed to be 30 weeks but turned out she was actually 40 weeks. The second was a lady who was 32 weeks and travelling London to Jo'burg and that too diverted in to Palma.
I'm going to be pedantic here too, they didn't make an emergency landing. They diverted to an alternative airport. Was nothing like an emergency landing. It really annoys me when media get all dramatic like that.

The point of my post was about being born on a plane, not looking at the specific details of a story that may or may not have inaccurate information. It is the daily fail after all.
