I find if I don't drink little and often at the moment, I'm getting bad headaches. I'm going to see Bon Jovi a week tomorrow in Hyde Park and I was wondering what kind of drinks container(s) they are going to allow in. It really p!55es me off when they take drinks away from you on theway in and then charge a fortune for a bottle of lidless bottle of water
Has anyone been to a concert recently? Any idea?

I think you'll be ok with plastic bottles of water. Maybe take them sealed and explain?

When we went to see Robbie last week they were taking bottles of water off you at the entrance. Then you had to pay £2 a bottle inside for exactly the same thing, only they removed the lids from the bottles.
You might be better getting cartons of juice maybe, or capri sun that kind of thing?

I took Capri sun thingys when I saw Bob jovi in Stuttgart 10yrs ago (me a fan? Yes a bit!) and CapriSuns got taken off me ... And they only selling beer on the inside!! Flipping Germans!

I am soooo tempted to take bottles, plead my case (pregnancy) and sneak spare lids into my pockets or something

Last time I went to a gig at Hyde park last summer they let you take in an opened
Bottle of water but there were drinking water taps that you could refill them with. That was last summer...

They remove lids in concert halls beacuse they are tripping hazards when on the bottle and stepped on. I always take drinks cartons of caprisun or the likes. Never had a drink taken off me. Even took a bag of wine in once, no problem.
