It was around 10 months before L started to consume more food, I think O was the same age when that happened. Have you spoken to your HV about the centiles?

My daughter started eating from day 1, they're all so different when it comes to food. Keep going & eventually she'll get the hang of it

A was about 10 months when we could start relying on her to eat a fair amount. Keep at it, she'll get there :)

B got it from day one and was really into it. For U she just didn't really get it until about 14 months! So two siblings entirely different. U was never fussed about food and even now she isn't overly concerned with it.

S was eating with purpose from day 1, which I think TBH is one of the big reasons we found blw so enjoyable and felt so confident with it! I don't think it is typical for them to though, judging by the book, and it sounds like Z is more text book with the stages she is going through. IIRC the book says they usually 'get it' and start eating properly and a bit more at around 9 months which coincides with when they start needing nutrients from food, so she sounds pretty spot on.
Also, S lost weight after we started weaning, and I know he was eating and swallowing from the content of his nappies! Four months on, he's only gained 2lb in all that time, I think their growth slows plus they become more mobile. Admittedly he hovers around the 98th line so wasn't going to waste away ha ha!

A did 'eat' stuff but IMHO he didn't really truly get it until around age 1. Before then it was just accidental kind of eating. It did coincide with me getting pregnant and potentially my milk dropping/changing so that may have had an effect.
