I have a 34 week scan tomo and lost the paperwork. In terms of prep is it just turn up with a full bladder? Also does anyone know if you are allowed more than 1 other person in the room? I'd really like my mum and H but not sure if that is too many (i do appreciate it is a medical exam rather than a baby viewing).

I had one at 32 weeks and didn't need a full bladder, I think it's only one person allowed in but not sure

No need for a full bladder. You can only have one person in with you, if you get a nice sonographer they might let u swap after all the measurements but if they are running behind they may not. I had one at 34 and 36, h was there at 36 but they didn't show him anything at all and just kept the monitor facing them (although this was the consultant who did it), the 34 week scan took ages. I went in on my own, she said if she had time she'd get h for me but we ran out if time.
They don't like too many people going in tbh

I've not had a 34 week scan but have extra growth scans at 28 & 31 this time. No need for full bladder and I think it all depends on sonographer.

You could always give your MAU a call and ask, although by 34 weeks, baby will be starting to get cramped in there, so i don't know how much you'll see really. And by that i mean, it's not like at 20 weeks when you can still see baby lying stretched out etc.
