What are you getting for 3rd Birthdays? I am struggling as we already have so much crap toy paraphernalia.
Not sure how many of my old tri buddies are left here from the PP but to you if you remember me and the ginormous queue jumping C!

Hello sshh. I am still here :) just more of a lurker!
Erin is 3 on 11th July and we've put her away a wooden kitchen from elc. I know what you mean though she has sooooo much stuff!!
Currently "enjoying" potty training. Thought we'd cracked it, but she's hanging on at the moment and leaving it too long! Grrrrr. Any tips gratefully recieved!

RCT. I just can't believe they're going to be 3! Where has my baby gone?
The boys have a wooden kitchen already LOL. It's easier listing what they haven't got to be honest, one day my house won't look like an ELC franchise!
C is *just* starting to show an interest in potty training. He did a completely unprompted stand up wee at the weekend. This comes from having a big brother to copy. He was so proud, and he's started to tell me when he needs to go which can be every 30 seconds when he's in the mood. We'll get there - all kids do it eventually.
He's quite hilarious too. We were having a conversation on the way in today about how he was going to nursery to see the red dragon, who was sick because he had upset C and made him sad, so his big brother bopped him on the head with a lightsaber and he fell and twisted his ankle. I wish I could go to nursery

N is 3 on 3rd Aug, I'm not tackling potty training properly yet as have a newborn to contend with but he knows when he needs a wee and poo and when he's nappy off he does go on the toilet, its when I put him in pants he has accidents!
He's getting an 8ft TP trampoline with the net / cover etc, for the garden which all family are clubbing together to buy for his birthday.
N is thriving at preschool now and its wonderful to see. He's testing us at the moment as going through a 'tormenting the dogs' phase which is hard work but we're all adjusting to the new baby so I'm trying to deal without shouting too much!
I can't quite believe he's almost 3?!??

My daughter will be 3 in August and she starts at school with her big brothers in September, I can't believe it, it makes me sad to think of it so I try not to, it's still ages away isn't it??!!
I have noooo idea what she's going to have for her birthday, we also have a houseful of toys to rival toys r us!
We have cracked the potty training though, she's even dry most nights but we still put a nappy on her overnight for now.
My little baby is growing up so quick. I am torn between feeling relived that we're moving on from all the crap and paraphernalia of babyhood and then feeling so sad because we won't be doing it again. It's bittersweet!

J turned 3 on 1st June. Where has the time gone?
For his birthday we got him a buzz light year as he's really in to toy story.
Potty training has gone well. We have had lots of regression but he's been completely dry in the day for a while now, he kept pooing in his pants which was a PITA but that seems to have passed. J's been dry at night for about 6 months. We realised his night nappy was dry consistently so ditched it. Iz was nearly 5 by the time she was dry at night.

M was 3 in May and got a train table and brio train set. Most of the time he just crashes it. Or ignores it.
He is such a strong-willed little boy... a million years away from caring about potty training, and is developing a masterful line in tantrums. Good job he's cute...

Jacob is 3 in about three weeks and is getting nothing from us - not because we are mean, but we have so much already that we really can't think of anything! We're taking him to see Ben & Holly at the theatre on Saturday as a treat instead.
He potty trained a month or two ago but had a huge regression a few weeks ago, we've since had a full week of being totally clean and dry so think we've finally cracked it. No sign of being dry at night yet though.
He starts preschool at Joshua's school in September, which will give me mornings with just the new baby - both boys are super excited about the impending arrival!

Hi All - glad to hear that we're all in the same boat!!!
Helena will be 3 on the 8th of July and is doing brill - I am not exagerating but she decided at Christmas 12 that nappies were for babies and shes been out of them since - at easter she decided no nappies at night time either. I thought she was way to young and was feariing accidents everywhere but we've only had a few so I am amazed!
We bought a slide + swing combination thing for the garden and thats going to be her present - we're putting it up this weekend!!
CANT BELIEVE 3 years have passed - where has my baby gone???
