Morning Mrs P!
Oh no, definitely wait for a bit before going in. The wind here is horrendous!
I didn't sleep well at all last night. Back ache, pelvic pains and had 7 loo trips during the night. Having my hair done at ten, my hairdresser had a baby last week so she's bringing baby with her, newborn cuddles! :-)
Hi to all that follow! :-)

Hi BE- Hope everything is going well!
NLH- thats brilliant! I do enjoy him on 8 out of 10 cats!

Who's going to be first then?
I'm having a bit of a panic as my BP has gone up and my hands and feet have swollen up. I had a blood test yesterday for the choleoatasis thing which has come back clear; Mw is retaking Bp at home tomorrow as I can't drive anymore. *weep*. I'm now stuck at home as there's no public transport where we are so next outing will be with H this weekend as my chauffeur!! Thanks goodness he's off. Upside of this is I can wear lounge pants and a tshirt as we won't have any visitors!!
I might do some Christmas wrapping this avo; I'm trying to stay off my feet too much to reduce the swelling.
Sleepy vibes to everyone tonight; we all need them!! x

Has anyone seen MissDeeDee around? Maybe I've just missed her but I haven't seen her for a couple of days?
05/12/2013 at 11:09
Mrs Penguin, definitely wait until a bit later! Enjoy the morning off!
Gemini, hope you are feeling more comfortable soon. Enjoy your hair cut, being pampered and newborn cuddles.
Custard, am working on the BA lol! Sounds like a lovely day you had yesterday :o)
NLH, yay for workng from home! :o)
Mrs Bass, enjoy your meal! OH has his on Saturday night but I am not going, it is a James Bond theme evening and I just know I would feel really uncomfortable all dressed up! :/
Sange, I am hoping it will be me! Lol. Hope the swelling reduces soon and make sure you rest, get your feet up, enjoy wrapping! I think I may start wrapping B's up, I normally do it all on Christmas Eve but thinking this year I may be otherwise engaged and don't want to panic!
Afm, 41 weeks today. Feel like an elephant, fed up of pain from thrush (which is also in my bladder apparently) and just want to meet my baby. Had a good walk around the city centre with my mum yesterday, gave OH some time to himself before his nightshift. He has been doing so much for me and B lately and working overtime so thought the peace might be nice for him. Stolen an exercise ball from work to sit on so will be doing that this evening! OH finishes nights tonight and then has leave next Tuesday and Wednesday, am booked in for induction on Wednesday! if he gets through tonight then his paternity leave will stretch over Boxing Day so that is a good thing about being late!
Argh, sorry for rambling! Sorry I haven't been on much, have been keeping up to date though :o)

Mrs P I hope you get to work safely. Only 2 more days to go! No I've not seen Missdeedee either, I hope she's ok.
Gemini, sorry you had a bad night's sleep but at least you have those lovely newborn cuddles to look forward to. You never know, those cuddles might convince your body to kick-start labour - I do reckon you'll be next to drop.
Custard - that's a shame that the walk only gave you achy feet but it can't be too long now. :-)
NLH - enjoy working from home
Mrs Bass your nursery looks absolutely brilliant, well done
Sange I hope that your blood pressure doesn't go too high tomorrow and that the swelling goes down for you
Chimpanzee, I hope your baby puts in an appearance at just the right time to give your OH the best stretch of leave. FX for everything to kick off tomorrow!
37 weeks today so officially full term and loving it. Seeing the midwife later then off for a tour of the birthing centre this evening - should be interesting. Will be asking lots of questions!

Sange- being told insturcted to put your feet up isnt all that bad! fingers crossed BP is down tomorrow!
MrsP- no i don't think she has been around for a couple of days. she is still working isnt she? maybe she is just busy?!
Chimp- luckily its pretty informal tonight, H is going to be my taxi so i can ensure its not a late night either! Oh I really feel for you, I hope you don't have much longer to wait!
Penny- Thank you! Im pleased with it! Happy Full Term!
Ive just walked up to the post office, took me 20 mins there down hill then up and the same back. started to struggle with the uphills! Luckily made it back in one piece though!
