Hope no-one minds me strating a thread - I couldn't see one!
I'm having a bit of a freak out this morning - I woke up with much less bloating and feeling better than I had the last couple of days and then found I had soem brown tinged CM - it's still there now. I know that brown is OK and it's red that is a worry but I can't help feeling as it's so early I'm going to start bleeing soon - I'm driving myself mad! I also woke up to a lovely e-mail from H saying how excited he is and he's been thinking of names which was so nice it made me cry.
Sorry for the ranty post, I knwo there's nothing I can do but keep an eye on things and try to keep calm so I'm distracting myself with work. Think I'[m goping to book inf or an early scan though around 7 weeks - I have a really busy weekend travelling and then a couple of courses with work so I want to have a bit of reassurance before I go galivanting around.
Hope everyone else is doing OK xxx

Try to stay calm. You know brown is ok and that's all it is. I have days when I'm not as tired/bloated/boobs aren't sore. I'm sure we all do.
Try to remain positive x
I'm working this morning then have a friend and her children this afternoon for lunch and they are staying for dinner. I'm tired just thinking about it!
10+5 today I think and now 2 weeks until my scan. Def have a bit of a bump now and my clothes are really tight.
Hope everyone is good x

Morning Grif it's such a worrying time, fx for no more bleeding of any colour x
afm - nothing to report. I'm on aspirin because my 1st was a small baby so need to remember to take it! Off to a castle today x

Missed you LR, busy day! This stage is annoying getting too fat for normal clothes but mat ones swap!
18/07/2013 at 08:37
I know, I hate this stage. Just look fat!
Enjoy the castle x

Grif, try not to worry. Brown is ok so hopefully everything is fine. Symptoms seem to come and go for me too. That's a lovely message from your H.
LR, I know how you feel I had to have my work trousers undone the other day. I just feel lardy at the moment.
CV, have a great day at the castle.
Afm, all is well except not being able to sleep in this weather. Got a work meal today so another occasion where not drinking become obvious. My boss just asked me the other week why I am not drinking and I made some story up about health reasons. I am sure he thinks I have an alcohol problem now!

Thanks Ladies - I know I shouldn't worry too much really - and that this is just the start we have a lifetime of worrying about our kids to look forward too!
LR that sounds like a nice (if exhausing day!) hope the kiddies entertain each other and you get to sit and have a gossip.
Thanks CK - do we need be your daily reminder? I ahve my pregnacare tablets in the kitchen with a post it on the fridge! Enjoy the castle - which one? Living in Northumberland we have loads they're lovely to visit.
Little Dude that is reasuring, hope you get some sleep soon - it's defintiely a hot one today. It is so hard not drinking, I'll have to tell Mum on Friday as I'm driving to hers and usually when I arrive I get a glass of Rose in the hand so I would never last a full weekend. I've got a wedding reception next Friday too which is going to be interesting to get away with!
Hope everyone gets to enjoy a bit of the sunshine today xx

Grif - Try not to worry about the brown blood but I would mention it to your GP/MW, they may offer you an early scan on the NHS if it continues. I had brown spotting at 8 and 13 weeks last time and earlier in the week during this pregnancy.
LR - I know I'm the same with tight clothes and I'm only 8 weeks!
Ck - Enjoy your day out.
LD - Ha ha, at least you will be able to tell him the real reason soon!
AFM - Currently sat at work with one of my trouser buttons undone, can't believe all my clothes are tight already! Not sure how long I'll be able to hide this for, especially as I would like to try and hide it from most people until our anomony (sp?) scan!
Nothing else really to report although glad its nearly the weekend!

Grif - I have learnt that 1st tri is just one big long worry!!!! Easier said that done but try to take your mind off things.
LR - Hope you have a good and not too tiring a day. I'm sure you are looking fab!
CK - What castle are you off to? Sounds lovely!
LD - hope you manage to blag things at the meal today! It's so hard disguising early pregnancy esp when other people expect you to be drinking!
MrsV - It's a lovely thing when the body starts to change shape! I've got a friend at the same stage as you and she's enormous already!! I've not changed a jot. I understand why you'd want to wait until the anomoly scan - you might need to start wearing tents though!
AFM I've had a scary couple of days like Grif. All my syptoms stopped altogether and I was spotting. It's not come to anything and my boobs are tender again so I think it was just a normal fluctuation. I'm going to speak to my GP today anyway even if just to be reassured! Only 12 days till the early scan!

LR - Have you seen the new nippers? V tempted by purple one as my buzz is broken
18/07/2013 at 09:38
Don't tell me!! I NEED one!
18/07/2013 at 09:49
I've been begging S and dropping major hints to my folks lol
18/07/2013 at 09:52
We do need a new buggy and it takes buggy board so i think we will go for it as need something good for walking. Takes car seat too and purple is my fave colour so win win lol
18/07/2013 at 09:56
I love the purple. Do you know what seat fits it? I couldn't see. Would you get the carry cot or newborn nest? I just had the newborn nest for L in the double but had my other pram with carry cot for daytime naps. I'm wondering if the pram centre have it for a play about.
Do you think purple would be ok for a boy? Think I'd go purple for a girl and green for a boy.
My buggy snuggles are cow print so would still match.
18/07/2013 at 10:00
I'll do personals later if that's ok, I'm confused already by the long thread lol
Grif and sweet pea I hope things settle down for you.
Early scan for me tomorrow, I'll be so glad when its over. I'm having a bad day today thinking I've no symptoms etc but I have to remember I was like this with Jude, and I am still exhausted!
