    Hi all,

Sorry didnt get back in yest. Just a few comments from posts that spring to mind. Hazel- I'm having a woe is me week too, been so positive and grateful til now but sometimes pregnancy is darn tricky. Rod-def suggest coffee, which preggers lady doesnt want maternity leave buddies? Sapph-hope you slept better. Teddy bear-welcome! Alaina-so pleased re scan, do you have a pic?? Sorry if i forgot anyone in my half asleep state.

afm, feel a bit of a idiot. After a hectic day at wk yest on the hour's sleep i called the GP just to check the light bleeding i'd had for a week was fine. Within 20min they had me in the hospital in the delivery suite being seen by a dr. She did a scan and a few tests and baby and me seem fine. She booked me for an urgent scan in the scanning suite to see if the better equipment shows anything re cause, and said that'd probably be tom. Really thought as no pain and baby kicking all was fine but apparently you are meant to call for any bleeding. Think they were more worried as i have a low placenta. It was so surreal being on a bed in delivery. Another bad sleep with cramp, luckily can lie low at home before meetings start at 10.30am.

Oh that's so scary! The low placenta is probably the cause of the bleeding, but I was also told that any bleeding at all needs to be checked out. Hope you are ok and your scan today goes well. xxx

AFM - I'm SO tired today. We are off to the iTunes festival in London tomorrow night AND Saturday night and I don't know how I will cope with 2 nights out in a row! Gonna really try though, I don't want to ruin it for H.

As my bump grows (I think bubbles is having a growth spurt) I am more and more uncomfortable. I'm not even halfway through! Argh!

    xx

Thanks Rod. Surprisingly wasn't that scary as just felt v unreal and 'not happening to me'. Cant stop thinking about it now though. Hope you have fun at itunes. I went to Glastonbury (on a day tkt) at similar time. Was really fun but had bump ache the next day from standing so long!

Rio - oh no, that's so scary. When is your scan booked in for? I hope you manage some rest today. I'm sorry your mw didn't make it clearer about ringing about the bleeding. Mine made it very clear to me wording even if you think it's fine and it's after you've dtd. Don't be embarassed always ring up.

Rod - try and rest up today ready for the itunes festival. You never know when you're there you might not noticed how tired you are.

AFM - only woke up twice last night so a much better night sleep for me. Despite having the nursery ready, H & I freaked out a little yesterday. He brought home two backpacks from a friend at school for us to decide if we want as M is getting too big for him to carry in the babybjorn and we figured as they have 2 to sell we may aswell look at both and if we can get them both for a good price then we'll get them ready for us to go on walks/days out as a family of 4. I think it was more the fact it was a reminder that this baby won't be a tiny baby for long.
