Sorry I didn't manage to get on To the tri thread yesterday.
Congratulations to Noodle!
for the first time since Remember remember I was having a fabulous sleep until a stooped alarm went off on my phone at 430!!! It took me ages to get back to sleep. If it hasn't gone off I think I would have slept straight through the night!
yesterday I went to the hospital for a blood test and to pick up a prescription that I need to take tonight before the big day tomorrow - eeek! I really should pack my hospital bag today, yes I know I haven't packed it yet. Think I'm in denial about it all :/
Everything is down from the loft, like the car seat and Moses basket etc so we are all set.
Hope all of you are ok?

Eek, tomorrow is the big day for you. How exciting! Do you know if you are in the morning? Can't wait to see your BA! Get that bag packed and enjoy a day of peace and rest if you can x
AFM feeling so much better after Tuesday night's little drama. Also, am finally full term today! Just got lunch with my MIL and her friend which will be nice and then spending this afternoon putting stuff for baby into hospital bag :)
Off to read noodle's BA now, yay!

Congrats to Noodle
PS - Best of luck for tomorrow, will be looking out for your BA. Hope you get another night of good sleep tonight. Please pack that bag this monring!
Popcorn - Congrats on being term, enjoy your lunch - you deserve a few easy days after the other night!
AFM - EDD tomorrow and also the day my best friend and potential extra birthing partner goes on holiday, so I need to squeeze this baby out by tea time tomorrow or wait until she gets back when I'm 40+9! Yesterday I was 39+1 by my dates, which is when A was born, or 40+0 by scan dates which is tomorrow so I thought this baby would come around now, but other than a few strong BH yesterday evening I've had no show or anything so not expecting anything before the weekend.
Today I'm off to see the house with my uncle, really hoping he doesn't spot anything major. Also popping in to see my NCT friend and her 2wo little girl.

So happy to be reading Noodle's BA this morning. Huge congrnats to her :)
PS- Lots of luck for tomorrow! How exciting, now go and pack that bag!
Popcorn- Glad you are feeling better today and happy term day! Have a nice relaxing day.
BG- Haha I really hope baby is listening to this timetable you are giving her! Fingers crossed your uncle doesn't spot anything wrong with the house.
AFM- Nothing to report. Seems I'm having a super boring pregnancy and baby at the minute, which I'm VERY happy about! 13 working days (whoohoo!!!). Won a crib on Ebay last night for £10.15, bargain.
12/09/2013 at 09:19
Sam - what a bargain! I've also banned her arriving during the CBB final on Friday night, I imagine she's sitting in too scared to come out in case she gets the wrong date!
12/09/2013 at 09:24
BG- I reckon she is setting up camp in there until you are giving her the all clear as I bet she can't be too sure on journey time from tummy to cuddles ;-)
I am convinced mine is going to be late so if she comes early I think I'm going to have the shock of my life! I have so much to sort when I do eventually start mat leave that her coming early would completely throw all of my plans in the air. I do hope they are listening to us..

Thanks girls. I will get my bag packed, I will I will I will. Well let's face it I have no choice but to do it today!!!
PC - have a good lunch x
BG - good luck with the house tonight. You never know we might both be making BA's tomorrow...?
Sam - that was a bargain, well done! I love it when you can snap things up like that.

Was pleased to see Noodle's BA this morning, hope she didn't have a too rough time of it.
PS - you must get that bag packed today! So exciting to know you are going to meet your LO tomorrow!!
Popcorn - Have a nice lunch and enjoy putting your hospital bits together
BG - Hope the viewing goes well!
Sam - What a bargain! We have borrowed a crib and moses basket from my SIL which H collected last night...not quite sure what to do with them now!
AFM, had MW yesterday - baby is still engaged 2/5 and was quite happy and chilled out. MW reckoned another small one...her prediction was 6-6.5lbs at birth which would be consistent with the other two. K was born at 40+8 and A at 40+0 so potentially this one could come a few days early which would be nice. I have a huge pile of ironing that I need to start work on but it's mostly the girls summer things which considering the rain now it seems a bit pointless but I can't put it away creased. So, for now I'm watching trash TV and posting here!
12/09/2013 at 09:35
Noggin- I was so close to buying a new one for £100 as I don't know anyone who I could have borrowed one off but thought it just wasn't worth it for the amount of time they are in it! Just need to get a new mattress and we are sorted. Our house does seem to be getting a lot more filled with baby paraphenalia now..
Glad that all was well with MW yesterday. I would definitely just put the summer things away creased but I HATE ironing and avoid as much as poss!

It's quiet on here today. I expected there to be a couple of pages by now.
PS good luck for tomorrow. Hope everything goes well. Looking forward to the BA
PC hope you had a nice lunch
BG hope your uncle gives the house a thumbs up
Sam that crib was a bargain. I love eBay
Nog I am guilty of ironing unnecessarily but even I wouldn't iron things that were being packed away. After all, if you need to unpack them to reuse things next summer you would wash them all again anyway
AFM sat in while a joiner puts doors on upstairs. Very happy to finally have doors after six months without any!
Five weeks today is my CS date. Getting excited to meet her now (although dont want her coming early as I am still far too unprepared! )

Hi ladies, thanks for all your kind wishes, baby Oliver is well as am I. Well the induction started tues, nothing from the first 2 gels so taken to delivery suite yesterday at 9am monitored baby and discovered his Heart rate was fast, the registrar came in and said she would monitor for 30 mins but she was concerned, she returned 10 mins later with an anthesiatist and a consent form and explained she wanted to do an EMCS as she was now more concerned but would be a cat 2 so under a spinal. Whilst the spinal was being put in his heart rate dropped to 60 and stayed there emergency buzzers hit and the registrar appeared from no where shouting if the spinal wasn't in it would be a GA, luckily it was and she started straight away. Very odd experience having a spinal but the staff were fantastic turned out he was covered head to toe in mecconium- she suspects he has been in it for a while as opposed to having just done it, he is being monitored by paeds until tomorrow after his antibiotics! He is amazing though and I'm very surprised how well I feel at the mo!
Will catch up properly with the thread once not on my phone and catch up as to where everyone is

Noodle- Good to hear both you and baby Oliver are doing well! Sounds like he caused a bit of a scene getting here but as long as he is well now then I think all can be forgiven! :-)
12/09/2013 at 15:13
Hey noodle, lovely to hear from you. Sounds as though Oliver's entrance wasn't without drama but glad he is here safely. Great that you're feeling well xxx
12/09/2013 at 15:44
Hi noodle. Sounds very scary. after making you wait an eternity he obviously wanted to make a dramatic entrance! Glad you are both safe and well and hope you have a speedy recovery
12/09/2013 at 16:22
Glad he is here safely Noodle, must have been a scary time for you though. These babies do like to worry us, don't they!
