sorry I didn't make it on here yesterday work has been mental and so have the evenings. Last night I went our with my friends for dinner as i am away for my birthday on Saturday, it was just our local pub but it was so busy and we had really bad service so ended up complaining and got the whole lot of food and drink for free! Was nice to catch up with everyone though. Today's my last day at work for 10 days, cannot wait to go away tomorrow but need to pack and prepare myself as I've had no time what so ever!
had a crap nights sleep last night, woke up at 2.30am boiling hot so went into the front room and opened all the windows and drank litres of water, hubby looked after me bless him. Didn't sleep properly for the rest of the night though so feeling pretty tired this morning. Baby wise all ok I think, my little man has been quieter the past couple of days but I think I've been so busy i haven't had time to feel the movements much!
anyway hope you're all well xx

Morning MrsL. No wonder you're ready for your break, sounds like you've had a busy week so far. Great news about getting the meal for free, shame about the serve though. Hope you get some time to prepare for tomorrow and have a better night tonight.
AFM, I've also got to pack for going away tomorrow. Made a start yesterday so I don't feel as stressed as I did when we went away before. I'm determined not to let myself get stressed about things as I have a habit for doing so. Still got my cough, etc but hoping the ABs work their magic soon. Feeling tired so definitely in need of a break. I could do with popping to the shops later but not sure if I can be bothered! H is in London today and I'm praying he's not late home seeing as we've got to get ready to go away first thing!
Hi to everyone else x

Mrs l I'm glad you got the meal for free, shame about the service! The heat is not so good. I find baby seems to wriggle at different times when its really hot during the day, mainly at night when I'm trying to sleep! Enjoy getting ready for your holiday, 10 days sounds like bliss!
WG hope you get all your packing done, Cornwall is going to be lovely with this weather.
Looks like its going to be a scorcher today. Hope it doesn't get too hot at work! We built the chicco next 2 me crib we bought last week last night to check everything was there and that we could attach it to our bed properly. And we can! That's another thing ticked off the list.

WG enjoy your break away, we don't fly until the afternoon tomorrow so at least we have a bit of time in the morning to finish packing
Bunny how exciting about the crib, we put together our Moses basket last night too, it's gorgeous I can't stop looking at it!

Just a quicky as we have slept in oops! Feeling MUCH better! Had very early night, and gave in and took 2 co-codamol and drank a gallon of water. If it comes back more permanently il need to see gp again as can't keep taking co-codamol. Anyway need to go to BHS for Ls uniform today (yes Iv ordered his uniform for next term despite him still bring at school lol but BHS had a deal on), Isaac off to Pre school today hallelujah! He loves it and they all have the energy to chase him round for 3 hours so everyone is happy.
Baby wise, mind was going into overdrive as I'd had headaches and she hasn't moved all day but her movements are hit and miss, anyway she moved a bit last night so we were pleased.
Right best go
Take care all and those off on hols have a lovely time

Sorry I haven't been on much (you might've seen a pattern forming as I only make it on at the end of the week!)
MrsL: Hope your last day goes really quickly then you can have an early night. Enjoy your holiday x
WG: I didn't realise you were off on your holidays too. Where are you going? How has the potty training gone? x
Bunny: The crib sounds lovely, is it a co-sleeper? Nice to get things ticked off the list.
RF: Sorry to hear how you were suffering yesterday but glad it's nothing serious. Hope you have a nice quiet day today.
AFM: It sounds bad but at the moment we're focused more on Isobelle & getting her new room ready. As it's easier to buy her new furniture & keep the nursery stuff in the nursery for the baby. So I spent the weekend over doing it moving bookcases & my stuff out of the spare room. Probably shouldn't have done it but if I wait for my h to it it'll never get done. Luckily I felt fine. Randomly today I have 2 dentist appointments a usual check up this morning (Isobelle has been practising saying ahh but when it comes to it I know she won't let them look!) then this afternoon I've got the one at the hospital to see if they'll remove my wisdom teeth. Exciting day!!! Then tomorrow my hubby is taking Isobelle to the practice sessions at the british grand prix so I'll have a child free day! & a lie in, don't remember the last time I got 1 of those!!!! Have a nice day all x

Bunny - great news about the crib! Hope it's not too hot at work today.
MrsL - where is it you're going again?
RF - so pleased you're feeling better today. Fingers crossed the headaches don't make a return! Well done for being organised with L's uniform, enjoy the break with I being at preschool :-)
BK - good luck at the dentist today and enjoy your lie in tomorrow. What is a lie in? Hehe. As for the potty training, we knocked it on the head a few weeks ago and I decided to wait until after our holiday. Once we get back I'm going to set aside some time to stay home and sort it hopefully!
Well, I found the energy to pop out to the shops early so that's done now. Managed to pick up a Gro Egg for £13.50 instead of £20 something so I'm quite pleased with that. Going to try and do a bit more packing now if F will let me...

Apologies for not being about yesterday, work was so busy plus I've been on my own with the kids in the evening and they haven't wanted to go to bed!
MrsL - sorry to hear you had crap service but that's great you got the whole meal for free. The heat has been pants, I hope you have a better night tonight.
WG - I hope you manage to get your packing done.
Bunny - I'm glad the crib fits, I hope work went ok.
RF - glad you're feeling better and you've had a restful day.
BK - I wouldn't feel bad about focusing on I more than the baby, she's getting a lovely room by the sounds of it. Enjoy your lie in tomorrow.
AFM - I'm tired due to work and the kids but otherwise ok. H is home tomorrow which will be great as we've all missed him, O has been asking for him a lot. I've been feeling a few movements but it's not flutters, more LO shifting their position slightly - it's hard to describe.
I hope you all have a good evening and night, and for those off on holiday, have a lovely time!
