Well it's D day today and as i suspected! Little One is quite comfy in there and showing no signs of wanting to come out. Can't say i blame them - i'd stay in there too if it was me! I'm just excited to meet them now! any spare baby out before Sunday vibes would be greatly appreciated!
RKB - Fully Cooked!

Happy due date RKB! Baby out vibes!! X
Nothing new here. Slept in same position all night, think I've graduated to two supporting pillows now and have woken up less sore. Really hoping the weekend hurries up!
Hi to followers, hope you're all well! x

PW - I have a pillow either side of me and one between my legs to keep me comfy at night. H thinks it's really funny. Glad you're less sore though! That's half the battle!
16/05/2013 at 07:39
RKB - happy due date! Lots of baby out vibes for you!
PW - glad youre a bit more comfy. I dont seem to have problems sleeping at the moment, not using pillows yet. Only problem is turning in the night with the sciatica but doesnt keep me awake for long!
AFM - nothing new, still in pain, still not heard from physio, although I did chase and MW has done the referrel :-( Off out tonight with my best girls, one has just come home after living in Germany for the last 7 years so exciting for us all to be back together!

Rkb... Baby out vibes for you! Eek I can't believe it's here!
Pw glad the pillows worked out for you! I have one of those v ones. It's been a godsend...
Pc... Tonight sounds like it will be fun. Did you appoint to ml cover yesterday?
Afm.. Lovely mid week roast last night at the in laws.. Followed by lots of "you will let us know when something happens wont you!"
Slept reasonably well... Got reflexology this afternoon.

Oh yeah I forgot about that!! Yes, we have offered someone the position. They actually currently work for my old company, on a day to day temp contract. so I know he must be ok as my old boss wouldnt have any old dross! Only worry is that they might offer him a permanent position if they know they are going to lose him. So fingers crossed!

Just popping head round the door to send baby out vibes to RKB and Lamby! Hope everyone else is doing ok.

RKB – come on baby, out you come now! Your mummy wants to meet you! :)
Pirate Wife – well done you on not fidgeting all night. The weekend is slowly coming to find us.
Porkchop – hopefully they are putting the referral through for you. Sounds like you’ll have a great night catching up with your girls. That must be good to know you’ve got someone sorted. Fingers crossed, he prefers your job anyway!
Bexy – bless the in-laws, were they panicking you weren’t going to let them know their grandchild had arrived. Enjoy the reflexology and hope it gets things going for you.
Pombear – I read your message on my phone last night, but md signed me out and only noticed after I’d written the reply. Anyway, I didn’t tense up during whooping cough jab, but because I’ve had a tetanus booster in the last 5 years I was told would be more likely to get the joyful side effects. It was itchy and red yesterday. I had to have a separate appointment for mine with a nurse at my GP, would have been easier if my MW could have done it all for me.
AFM – anti D went well yesterday, apparently my iron is slightly low 10.2 so I’ve been prescribed some iron tablets, but she said because it’s not that low I can always take a day or two off to try ease any side effects. I found some lovely faux fur fabric yesterday (that appeared to have escaped my craft box), so I have started to make my first craft thing for baby – a little bear.

Pc.. Glad you found someone suitable!
Hey wh! Hope all is well with you xx
Sapphire.. Oh another crafty one for me to be jealous of! Hope the iron gets sorted out for you...

RKB - woo hoo to a fully cooked baby! Loads of baby out vibes to you, come on baby!
PW - glad that you've managed to find a comfortable position to sleep in
PC - hope that your referral hurries up. Great news about maternity cover, it's a relief to get it sorted I found. Have fun with your girlfriends this evening
Bexy - in laws are funny aren't they?! Hope that reflexology works and gets things moving for you!
WH - hi! Hope that you are enjoying lovely cuddles with S!
Sapphire - hope that iron tablets help without too many side effects. I know that some of the girls have found that they make them a bit constipated so you may want to ask your MW for Lactolase as well. You sound very talented to have the skills to make a bear, make sure to flash us the finished product!
AFM - having a lazy day at home today as had a really bad nights sleep. Woke up with cramp and jumped out of bed cursing really loudly although H slept right through it! He's going to be no good if I go into labour in the middle of the night!! Have midwife this afternoon and then yoga this evening. Massage yesterday was wonderful but I think that I then overdid it in the afternoon as went shopping with my sister and we walked a fair bit which has put some pressure on my lower body.
Have a good day all, will pop back later x

Ferbs.. Have a lazy day. It sounds like you need it!
16/05/2013 at 09:11
morning, tried to get in early today!
RKB - ready for baby out vibes?
PW - glad you're less sore! I seem to be on three pillows of varying thickness and shape now!
PC - have a fab night out, sounds like it'll be great!
Bexybexy - have fun at reflexology, let us know how it goes!
sapphire - i had no idea about that connection to tetanus, how odd!
Ferbs - have a lovely chill out day!
AFM - last day at work today before 11 off!! We're going to the New Forest on Saturday and i can't wait!!!
16/05/2013 at 12:12
Ferbs - enjoy your day. Take it easy. Yeah, my mum warned me of all the signs (she used to be quite seriously anaemic - to the point doctors were impressed she hadn't collapsed?!). I'm going to see how it goes and if need be request the lactolase. The bear is quite simple really - I'm not going for an extravagant one but will defo give you all a flash once I'm done.
Pombear - ooo - hope today is going quickly for you, so your holidays can start sooner. New Forest sounds like fun! Me neither, until she mentioned it at the appointment apparently it's mixed with it and something else?

Happy due date RKB!! :)
PW I found a v pillow really helps, do you have one? They're only a tenner in Dunelm Mill.
porkchop I can't believe you're still waiting, that sucks! Geez if they take much longer the baby will be here!
Bexy, reflexology sounds lovely... is it relaxing?
WH hello! Congrats on the arrival of Little S :)
Sapphire I have low iron & tablets too, they're a bit grim!
Ferbs yoga sounds great, I'm envious, would love to feel able to do something like that.
pombear have a lovely break.
AFM - Have been signed off work for a couple of weeks with chest infection, anaemia and pregnancy fatigue! Not that I'll get to rest a huge amount with G to look after, but he's at pre school all day on a Thursday so I spent this morning sleeping and intend to have another little kip this afternoon before going to collect him. Could honestly sleep for England at the moment! Am taking iron tablets, pregnancy vitamins and eating tons of lovely natural healthy stuff in a bid to boost my energy levels. Hope it all works quickly!!
16/05/2013 at 13:54
RKB - Happy DD! It's not too late for baby to arrive right on time, FX for you and lots of baby out vibes heading your way :)
PW - Sounds like the pillows are doing the trick! I get too hot with them most of the time, but do find them comfy for getting back to sleep in the morning.
PC - Enjoy the reunion tonight, hope the referral comes through soon.
Bexy - Ooh am excited about your reflexology! Hope it does the trick - let us know how it went - if you're not in labour!
WH - Hello! Hope you and gorgeous S are doing well. Thank you for the vibes - appreciated!
Sapphire - That's so lovely about the bear - you'll have to post a pic when you're done. You may know but spinach is excellent for iron, I have it daily and fortunately my levels have never dipped, even at my 36 week check.
Ferbs - Enjoy your lazy day today, and hope MW goes well. Massage sounds lovely - I've been having a few but do the same as you and ruin it afterwards by too much activity! Hopefully my last one will be tomorrow, and I am determined not to make the same mistake! Enjoy yoga too.
PB - Hello and welcome to third tri! Have a wonderful holiday :)
Dinx - Sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish, sounds like being signed off is the right plan. Hopefully vitamins, healthy eating and a bit more rest will give you a boost, it doesn't sound good, esp with a LO to look after too x
AFM - All pretty good, no baby signs and we have employed all the usual methods so I might try not thinking about it now (HA HA HA HA). Had a visit from my good friend and her 3 week old today, she is sooo gorgeous, yet I still can't quite believe we will have our own in the next week or so! Off out for a walk in the sunshine now, after doing yet more housework - it's really starting to bore me now, but I guess you notice things when at home that wouldn't usually bother you when working! Sure baby will bring me back to my old self though!
Baby out vibes to RKB, Bexy and meeee! And have a good afternoon all,
Lamby, 39+4 x

Lamby/.cheers for the vibes! hope you had a lovely walk!
Im just back from reflexology....so very relaxing....she said that everything feels ready to go.....booked in again next week for her to work harder on the relevant areas if necessary!!
16/05/2013 at 17:37
Pombear - have a great break. I love the New Forrest, hope that the weather improves for you
Dinx - you poor thing. Make sure that you get lots of rest and hope your attempts to boost energy levels work. You seem to be doing all the right things
Lamby - seems like the baby is very comfy at the moment! Maybe the newborn cuddles will trigger something, they say that it can for some people. Hope you had a good walk. At least you know that the end is in sight but I would love for it to happen naturally for you rather than be induced. I take it that you have tried everything?! My MW was banging on about the benefits of s e x to get things moving this afternoon much to H's delight! Loads of baby out vibes x
Bexy - glad that you found reflexology relaxing. Hopefully you won't need the appointment next week...
