Happy due date BK!
AFM I had a Okish sleep was awake at 4.30 but managed to get back to sleep for an hour or so, got a fairly chilled day planned so may get a nap in later if I can. Woke up with a few period like pains but don't think theyre anything to get excited about.
hope u all have a good day x

Eugh! I just want to sleep up from 1-4 back to sleep then up at 5.20! It must be some non funny way to remind me that baby won't be sleeping and I best get used tO it.
cant even go to bed early tonight as it's football then parents night.
Baby wise this week Iv been told I'm huge/tiny, and that bump is high and pointy/very low and that I'm looking great/looking really tired. I can't even be bothered to discuss with people do I just agree
antway take care

MrsL: Glad to hear you slept well
RF: Sorry to hear about your lack of sleep, hope your day today isn't too busy
AFM: Yes I reached my due date, does feel a little anti climatic though!! Not that my baby would ever be early!! I slept quite badly last night & my hips/pelvis are still sore from lots of walking & bouncing yesterday to encourage baby out!! Toddler group this morning then going to a friends house this afternoon so lots of sitting down I feel!!
Hi to all that follow x
(& I wonder what will happen to my countdown tomorrow, will it start with negative numbers!!!)

MrsL - yay for a good night sleep.
TRF - sorry about the lack of sleep. Hope you manage to rest up at some point today and get a better night sleep. I find the smiling and nodding technique, to agree with everyone is best (and easiest)
BK - happy due date! Sounds like you have a lovely day planned.
AFM - up until last night my heartburn hasn't been too bad, but it appears to have stepped up a gear. :-(

Morning all - apologies for being a rubbish poster.
MrsL - glad you had a decent sleep. My first labour started with mild period pains, you never know. Hope you get a nap in later- I could really be doing with one!
Trf - sorry you're not sleeping well, I had a crap night too. Everyone feels the need to express an opinion when you're pregnant don't they, I just try and let it go over my head.
Bk - happy due date!
Sap - boo to heArttburn, I think I'm developing a bit of an addiction to gaviscon tablets! You've just reminded me I need to get some more!
AFM - I'm another tired one this morning, we went to see Billy Connolly last night so it was a bit if a late night. I woke up coughing at 3am, went to loo and walked off cramps legs and then stupidly decided to look in on R, she was lying awake, so ended up sleeping in her room as she wasn't going back to sleep. I need to go and get her from nursery soon so no chance of a nap now!

Hi RF hope tonight's sleep is a bit better for you. It's horrible having that bleugh feeling.
BK enjoy your day, is it hard not to think today should be the day?
Sapp - hope the heartburn calms down soon
Debby - hope u feel less tired later and manage to get a nap in.
So far today I've cooked a huge batch of chilli to freeze, going to have a shower and pop to the shops I think. Period pains have worn off so I'm sure they're nothing.

Mrs L- What happened to that chilled day?
TRF and DD- Yuck to the little sleep!
BK- Happy due date!
S- a colleague i knew used to have a giant Gaviscon bottle in her bag at all times!
Afm not a lot to report. Manic week as H has a really bad sickness bug and cant get out of bed (praying i dont get it!). So in between looking after him and a busy work week, i dont have much time. Baby still kicking and is head down, so all good there. Learn how to monitor my potential diabetes tom at the hosp and hosp tour on Sat.

DD - hope you manage some rest today and an earlier night
MrsL - is thus you batch cooking for when baby arrives?
Rio - thankfully my heartburn isn't that bad. The massive bottle lives out on the side. I need to get my next lot ordered. That's nice that you get to have a tour of your hospital. I hope you get on well with the testing for diabetes. How are you feeling about that at the moment?

Hi S. Feel okish about the diabetes and appreciate worse things happen but finding the diet harder, i reeeaaaally have a sweet tooth! Just pleased diabetes was picked up and keen to get to the consultant meeting so i can find out any steps that need to be taken. Would like a growth scan now just to find out how big baby is getting, but got a scan at 34 weeks anyway to see if placenta has moved higher, so thats in 3 weeks.

Rio I get bored sitting around for too long hahah. Hope H feels better soon and you manage to avoid catching it
Sapphire - yes done a few meals to put in the freezer for when he arrives!
