Hi girls , it's getting close to bedtime n I should be looking forward to going to sleep as I'm absolutley shattered but for the last few weeks some nights - not every night I have just been drifting off n have woken with a start , feeling like something awful is going to happen , then my heart races n naturally I worry even more ,
I used to suffer panic attacks but learnt yoga techniques to overcome the feelings associated with them , I hate being a wuss n would like to think I can cope with most things but this is really getting to me , has anyone tried bachs rescue remedy for anxiety etc , does it work ? also have had really tingly right leg - around knee n upper thigh , had to stop shopping today to sit down , not like me at all ! midwife said to go to see gp if it continues but not open til Monday now , probably worrying about nothing but had a suspected dvt a few years back n worry about that recurring !! arrgghhhhh what am I like .... everything is worrying me at the minute ! sorry it's such an essay - thanks for taking the time to listen to my ramblings any help / advice would be much appreciated x x

Thanks for the response Karliepop , think it helped me to just write it down last night as I went to sleep quite easily , have also been listening to my hypnobirthing cd n doing the 321 relax practice , but sometimes it seems that isn't quite enough , did you have to mix the drops with anything , think I will def get some , that's what I thought re the nerve , will make dr appointment Mon , how are you feeling - are you currently pregnant if so how many weeks etc ? x x
