I slept fabulously last night despite N being poorly as H took charge and left me to sleep so I had 10.30pm to 4.00am, quick toilet trip, then slept till 7.05am. Brilliant.
Only, I'm still totally and utterly exhausted. I can't keep my eyes open.
I can't get comfy, I have just parked N in front of Mickey Mouse and am going to have a quick bath to try and relax a bit. I can barely even muster the energy to move though.
I shouldn't say it but in some ways it's good N is off colour as all he wants to do is sit and cuddle. The thought of standing up now to even go and get into the bath is making me more sleepy.
Where's this flurry of energy you're supposed to get at the end?!

Oh Hep you're still here bless you xx
I feel like that when Ellas ill sometimes (and I'm not pregnant!) I hope the bath helps. Is the SPD still causing problems? It's not going to be too much longer now xx

I was like this the day before I went into labour. My lovely cm agreed to take L and I slept the whole day, woke up the next morning with my 'tightenings' fx this is the start xx

Oh, Cherry Pie, that makes this all exciting!
Baths make me sleepy. Can you have a shower?'
11/04/2013 at 11:18
I'm shattered today and I don't have spd or a sick child!
Just take it easy today, hopefully not too much longer to go x

SPD coupled with the numbness from sciatica, and showers don't really mix anymore unless I know H is here to help me balance, and he is miles away today! The quick bath has taken some of the pressure off though.
WS, the SPD is manageable as long as I don't try and do too much so I mainly just sit most of the day! The pin lady is fabulous and really helps which is great.
I'm not sure CP, I don't 'feel' like anything is going to start soon IYSWIM?!

hope your quiet day continues

I was 5cm dilated and didn't feel like anything was going to happen! Heart nurse was tearing her hair out telling me to
Go to hospital lol.
Ok my money on tomorrow,
11/04/2013 at 12:54
I'd send you wine and flowers if you we're right CP!
11/04/2013 at 13:53
Poor you, hope you don't have much longer to wait xx

I feel your pain, have the same total exhaustion and ache in my back so walking is not fun. I slept for hours last night and had a nap at lunchtime, I feel hungover and so sleepy. Thank goodness H has taken I out. I did plan to do some stuff but after folding the washing I need a sit down. Have also just eaten half a packet of custard cremes surely I should at least have a sugar buzz??
11/04/2013 at 15:47
Are you worrying about having the energy to actually give birth? I so am.
11/04/2013 at 15:51
Hungover is a great way to describe it VE!
My dad popped over earlier after a meeting so gave N lunch while I rested, I'm still shattered!
I'm hoping H gets home a bit earlier tonight as usually its after 7pm on a Thursday.
VE, how are your movements? Mine are still there so I'm not worried but they're definitely more lumpy and pushy, a bit different over the past 24-48 hrs
11/04/2013 at 15:55
Yep I really am! If I was to start labour now I'd be wiped out!!
11/04/2013 at 16:00
Baby is still wriggling like mad, less kicks though and as everyone says they slow down pre labour (I can't remember with I) then I expect to be here way after you!!
I hope H comes home early. I am so glad H is at home now for the durationbut I think I have definitely crashed and burned as I know he is around...
