Hey ladies, I have a head totally filled with goo and the pressure is really hurting my sinuses. I can't lay down because I choke and once I start coughing I can't stop. Does anyone know of any decongestants that I am allowed at 18 weeks pregnant? Googling is getting me such mixed results, some places say nothing at all others say short term use is fine (no more than 1-2 days) - I am desperate for something to help eleviate the pain and enable me to get some sleep!!

Without the doctors say so I don't think you can have anything.
Plenty of head of a bowl of steam and hot showers, I suffered wit it quite a bit when my allergies flared up and that was the advice I was given.
It's pants, I hope it passes soon.

I went against guidelines and used a Vicks nasal inhaler but there is a spray by boots suitable in pregnancy m.boots.com/.../Boots-Cold-Flu-Defence-Nasal-Spray-20ml_1387553.
