Hello! I'm 9 weeks today, getting fat at a rate of knots and sleeping for England!
How is everyone?

11 weeks today here, and scan a week today. My tummy is feeling hard and getting big, I've got my energy back though which is nice, hope it continues! Busy day today, taking M to toddlers this morning then got to drop H and his brother in Edinburgh as they are going to watch some cricket game today, back to friends for lunch then M has gymnastics this afternoon which she seems to be looking forward to! Need some inspiration for something to cook for tea tonight, got chicken breasts in the fridge needing used.
I've found a couple of pairs of New Look maternity trousers, wide leg, below bump in size 12 that I wore last time. They don't fit now, so if anyone wants them they are welcome to them FFP. They have been well worn but they still have some wear left in them. Let me know!
Hope everyone is having a good day and is feeling well xx

counter - i can join you in getting fat!!
weekender - the scan is creeping closer. yay!! How was M's ballet? I can't help you with the chicken....thinking about meals and food is not a good thing at the moment.
Made it through work yesterday although didn't leave until 8pm. I really struggled the lastfew hours as i was tired and that seems to be when i feel the most sick. Got home and went straight to bed. More normal day today (although no kids back still) so should be better. Up to pee 4 times last night, it's so annoying!!!

AR, sorry probably shouldnt have mentioned my tea, there will prob be a few people heaving at the thought! Ballet didn't happen, she totally refused to join in and was literally screaming so I brougjt her home, halfway home she was screaming "take me back to ballet!!" And she asked this morning if she can go to ballet this afternoon. Try explainong to a three year old why she can't! She did fall asleep on the sofa while o was making the tea and was hysterical when I woke her (M sleeping at that time of day is NOT a good idea!). So think (hope) tiredness was a factor.
Hope today is better at work for you xx

Counter yay for 9 weeks! It's not fat it's sustinence for the baby :)
Weekender woo hoo 11 weeks twin! My scan is the thursday after yours. Glad you've got your energy back a bit - I'm hoping mine will kick back in soon, does sound like a busy day hope M enjoys gymnastics I used to do trampolining and loved it. As for chicken my go to is usually a curry or fajitas for something quick but tasty.
Oooh I would be interested in the trousers if you wouldn't mind? I'm trying to put a capsue work wardrobe together for when my current outfits don't fit at all!
AR Glad you made it through work but that sounds like a really long day - glad you're going home and getting in bed you need the rest - peeing is so irritating I'm tempted to get a catheter for nightimes!
AFM had a really rough weekend but started to keep fluid and food down sunday afternoon and feeling a lot better today. Had a really busy day at work yesterday with meetings so managed to throw up in between and not during which was positive! Today seems a lot more settled so fingers crossed it stays that way - mega tired though could have cheerfully slept for an extra few hours this morning snooze.

Counter- yay to 9 weeks! I am also putting on the pounds!
Weekender- A busy day ahead for you. I did laugh about the ballet, bless her heart.
AR- Long day yesterday then. Did you have the meal after? I know the tired feeling, waited for H to get in from football then fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I got up in the nigh to pee before I was pregnant so its not too bad for me lol.
Grif- Glad you feel a bit better today. Cant be nice sitting through meeting feeling sick!
AFM- MIL came round yesterday and thought I had a bump already, she couldnt believe I am 8 weeks. I did say its all bloating! Normal sore boobs, tiredness and off certain food. Out for dinner tonight with a friend so should be nice.

Counter it sounds like everything is as it should be then! :)
WE you have such a busy life! Always on the go. I'm veggie so can't help with the chicken but I do LOVE fajitas with other types of fillings.
AR that is a LONG day you had yesterday. I'm not surprised you went straight to bed! I've introduced a strict no drinking rules after 6.30pm and it seems to be making a difference. I have gone from 4 times to once or twice now which is bearable. It's totally rubbish! I had to laugh at your comment yesterday about needing your H to roll you over to get out of bed to go to the bathroom later in pregnancy! What a thought!!
Grif - Oh that sounds awful! Glad to hear you are better today. time is flying for you now!
Bertie - I've heard many women go from bloating to bump so I'm sure it won't be long. Enjoy your dinner!
AFM back to work with a bump (or no bump as is the case for me!!) Got back from Sweden and clearly H's 20 year old had been in with friends over the weekend as a door knob was broken off, permanent scratches and damage to our beautiful coffee table.....he lives with his mum so it's just awful that he comes into our house when we aren't there and breaks things! Thankfully H is not best pleased and is taking his keys off him when he sees him tomorrow night. It's sad that it's come to that but it's not the first time this has happened so how can we trust him?
Anyhoo, I can't honestly believe this is my last day in 1st tri!!! So strange. I still have no bump! I think I'll still be lurking here most days!

AR - Gosh I don't blame you for going straight to bed after getting home
Grif - Glad to hear that your feeling better :)
Bertie - Enjoy your dinner, and hope the bloating turns into a nice little bump soon!
Sweetpea - Sorry to hear about the damage H's brother has done to your house thats awful :( Don't blame you for taking his keys off him, I would not be happy that he goes in my house when I am away!! Enjoy your 2nd Tri!!
AFM - Nothing much to report really, I have found a cure for my indigestion - Water! (Tap) it's amazing I had a nice evening and so far this morning without agony! feeling a little bloated today but I am fat anyways so you can't tell haha!

Weekender thank-you so much chick I have your e-mail so will drop you a line - I have paypal so can sort something out with you on there!! Glad to be of help - I love that fajitas are so quick!
Hi Bertie - you may have a little bump but I don't think bloating does any of us any favours early on! enjoy dinner tonight.
SP that's awful to find out something like that when you've got back from a lovely time away - hopefully it's just 20 year old selfishness and they'll grow out of it - especially when the baby is here. Can't believe it's your last day pop in and see us and we'll be joining you soon!
CC glad the water is working - you could bottle it and sell as a miracle potion :)
