i dont know what's happened to me but thear early mornings are killing me!!!
L had a fabulous first day at school yesterday. I didn't manage to pack my hospital bag but I got everything ready and washed (if it needed to be) to go into it so I will hopefully pack that today.
Baby is moving loads and I feel good. Only 3 more days to go, it's coming around fast!

Exciting times poppyseeds! Glad L had a good time at school! :)
Me. Gtt all normal, bloods all normal. Another few mins of period cramps yesterday but nothing since. Met a bride last night to discuss the photos she wants for her wedding in October, had a lovely evening and looking forward to the wedding :) Nothing else to report!
10/09/2013 at 07:38
Morning poppyseeds glad L had a good first day.
Chimpanzee glad all your tests came back normal.
AFM the first of my days off today not a lot planned. Waiting in for a Plumber this afternoon. Weather looks good though so might go for a walk at some point. Not a lot to report bump wise. All good. Whooping cough jab tomorrow xx
10/09/2013 at 07:47
Ps - glad you little one had a good day!
Chimp - glad the test came back normal
Mrs b - have a nice relaxing day x
Afm - off to the garden centre this morning for a look around and then taking little one to her swimming lesson this afternoon. Hopefully get some rest in between, yesterday was busy and wiped me out!!

Morning all, will pop back for personals in a bit when I feel more human. Pregnancy insomnia, an extra wriggly baby and excitement about a potential new house meant I was awake from 2-5 this morning I wish today was a nursery day!
10/09/2013 at 08:12
Aah BG, if I'd have known we could have both chatted to each other as my insomnia overlapped - I was awake from 4.30 - just before 7 this morning. Then the alarm went off at 7.10am. Why does my body want me to only sleep after 7 - I could have easily dropped back off! I'm going to try and book tomorrow morning off as annual leave so I can catch up on some sleep, or I'm not sure I can survive Thurs / Fri!
Poppy. Friday will be here in no time, squee!
Will hopefully pop back on tonight to catch up properly - last night I stupidly did way too much at the yard (poo-picked 3 large barrows of poo, moved 2 lots of electric fencing, and filled a load of water buckets) and although I just about managed (I can't empty barrows so a kind livery and her parents took pity on me and emptied them for me) it completely crippled me. Usually I can move around without crutches until about mid-morning but I couldn't even get to the bathroom without them this morning, and now I have to get ready for work so I suspect it's going to take a long time!
10/09/2013 at 08:41
Ah bless you BG, insomnia is horrible, I get so annoyed with myself which ends up making me stay awake longer! Hopefully A will let you have a bit of a rest today x
Mrs 50's - another not sleeping, fingers crossed for annual leave tomorrow so you can catch up and have a bit of a rest x
10/09/2013 at 08:53
PS- Glad L had a good first day at school. Sounds like your hospital bag won't take long now everything is organised.
Chimp- Glad all your test results came back normal.
MrsB- Weather isn't looking too good here, and it's cold! Hope you have a lovely day.
Banzy- Sounds like you have a lovely day planned. Have some tea and cake at the garden centre and make sure you get some rest!
BG- Oh no, that really doesn't sound good :( Definitely an early night on the cards for you tonight.
Mrs50s- Booking tomorrow morning off definitely sounds like a good idea. I can't believe how much you did at the yard last night! Take it easy!!
AFM- Baby was super wriggly yesterday. I had a really busy day at work and was pooped by the time I got home. Fell asleep on the settee at about 8.45, dozed there until about 11pm and then went up to bed. Feeling bright eyes and bushy tailed this morning! I wonder how long it will last haha.
Hope everyone has a lovely day!

PS glad L had a good first day
Chimp good news that all the tests are clear
MrsB enjoy your day off
Banzy hope you manage to fit some rest in
BG hope you manage a better nights sleep tonight. Any chance of a sleep when A has a nap?
50s sounds like an awful lot of work you must be worn out. Hope you can take it easy today
AFM not much to report. Hopefully get the housework done that I didn't get done yesterday and maybe go for a walk later if it stays dry
Good luck to noodle for today. Fingers crossed things don't take too long
Back for personals...
PS - glad she had good first day. Sounds like 'in case of emergency' your bag could be packed pretty quickly, which is what matters.
Chimpanzee - are you a wedding tog? If so is this likely to be the last wedding before you go on leave?
MrsB - hope it stays dry so you can get out for that walk
Banzy - hope you get some rest this afternoon, swimming is good for tiring LO's out! A's desperately trying to drop his nap, I think I'll be quite insistent he does have one today though.
Mrs 50's - shame we didn't 'bump' into each other last night. Hope you've learnt your lesson re overdoing it, please take it easy before you risk long term injury.
AFM - as above, awful nights sleep, not helped by A wanting to us my bed as a trampoline at 7am. Couple of playdates today and hopefully going to see a house today, it only came onto the market yesterday and ticks all our boxes and then some (whisper: it even has a bar!) so hoping to get a viewing today or tomorrow so labour doesn't get in the way. We're both very excited by it, even Mr practical and rational decision H was a bit giddy last night.
Both of yesterday's viewings cancelled on us yesterday but the sodding estate agents didn't less us know until the last minute meaning MIL and H were already on the train to get home in time, gggrrrrrr. I already hate estate agents and we're only at the very beginning of the process!
Gump Bump isn't showing me any signs of arriving soon. Popped into my mw friend's yesterday who had a prod and confirmed my suspicions that she's still lying on the right side, is neither OA nor OP. She goes on holiday on Friday and we were hoping she'd be an additional birth partner if I felt I needed it, it's looking less and less likely now though.

Missed you there Sam- it's such a great feeling when you get a rare night of lots of sleep isn't it.
10/09/2013 at 09:01
Sam - glad someone had a good night! Hope some of that sleep dust rubs off on me!
JT - hopefully, although he's starting to refuse his afternoon naps now. Fingers crossed it stays dry for you.
10/09/2013 at 10:26
poppyseeds-glad L's first day went well. 3 days on countdown now to the end yay!
chimp-glad all tests were normal. Are you a wedding tog then? What a fab job
MrsB-have a lovely day
Banzy- hope you manage to get some rest, have fun at swimming
mrs50's- take it easy today, thats an order!!!
Samjh87- glad you had a good night, makes all the difference doesnt it.
JT- ah forget the housework again, have a rest instead. The weather is lovely here a change from yesterday
BG- can you try and get a nap in this afternoon? What a shame about the viewings, have you rescheduled?
well today is the day, scared isnt the word! Spending the morning packing the last bits into my bag, would have been nicer to go in this morning, less thinking time
10/09/2013 at 10:50
Noodle- Good luck today! We will be thinking of you and looking forward to your BA :)
H gave me the task of finding a baby name today. I have gone off practically all the names that were on our short list and have never been completely in love with any of them anyway. I have given up already and it's not even lunch time yet...
10/09/2013 at 11:12
Sam - glad you had a good nights sleep, sounds like you needed it.
BG - good luck with the viewing today, and hopefully A will nap so you can
Jt - hope the weather stays nice for your walk
Noodle - good luck for today, hopefully you're not left waiting too long!
My day isn't going to plan - I has been a nightmare this morning, very naughty, and as a result swimming has been cancelled. Still off to the garden centre but think we'll spend the afternoon with my dad, she's worn me out already and I need a rest!
10/09/2013 at 11:33
Mrs B, enjoy your day!
Banzy, hope today isn't as busy, enjoy your day!
BG, hope you manage to get some rest today! What a pain about the estate agents! :( Hope this house is everything you want, sounds fab!
Mrs 50s, hope you get tomorrow off so you can get some rest.
Sam, hope your tail stays bushy today! ;)
JT, enjoy your walk, I feel I should be doing more things like that but with the school runs twice a day I am constantly recovering lol.
Noodle, good luck today! :o)
I am not a wedding tog no, I do it as a hobby but have done a few weddings as favours for people. This is the first one I am being paid for though, will be nice to have the extra money coming before baby comes. I then have another wedding on the 19th October, just registry office shots and one more at the beginning of November and then that will be it. I get very nervous doing the photos so won;t make it a full time job.
10/09/2013 at 14:54
Noodle- hope things don't take too long to get going. Hope you have plenty of magazines!
Sam I love that your H has given you the name task today like he's just asking you to make a cake. Put it in a to do list and you will have got it done by tea time!
Banzy hope she wears herself out soon so you can both have a nap
Chimp wedding photography sounds like a lovely hobby! But I can understand how you would feel nervous as its such an important day for them
AFM my plan was to walk to asda to buy ingredients to make flap jacks. But I can't find my bank card anywhere . Good news is though that all the walls are now painted in my kitchen so I've been able to take all the dust sheets down. Hopefully getting the laminate floor laid at the end of the week and doors put on upstairs. Then the cleaning/nesting can finally begin!
10/09/2013 at 15:15
JT- seems like there are quite a few of us in DIY/ Nesting mode trying to get houses sorted before baby's arrivals. Hope the bank card turns up soon!
I asked H what I should look at today as yesterday's task was decorative wall stuff/ wardrobes. He came out with 'name for the baby'. It isn't really something I can look at on next.com! Have been looking aaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllllllll day and we don't agree at all. So much so that the last text he sent said 'Right seriously stop im laughing at how bad your name suggestions are hahaha'.. ARGH!!
10/09/2013 at 15:59
Sorry ladies, I'm only just getting on here now so can't really catch up with all the personals.
Have had a very busy day steam cleaning the kitchen tiles and floor and am now wiped so about to sit down with a cup of tea and a biscuit or seven
Also, to update on the drama yesterday - my NCT friend left Costa at half 3 and had her baby at 6:10pm! Probably a good thing she didn't stick around to drink her coffee
Noodle - hope today goes ok, thinking of you and can't wait to hear your BA
10/09/2013 at 16:07
Popcorn- You have been a busy bee! Was it her first baby? Probably a good idea to skip the coffee :)
A woman on my mums road had her baby at home today.. unplanned, with her mum delivering! I've told my mum to take note in case I don't make it to hospital and have to stop off there on the way haha
