Couldn't see one this morning so thought i would start it
Hope you all had lovely bank hol weekends and enjoyed the sunshine if you got some.
I've not really got much to report. We went to York sculpture park yesterday which was lovely. I'm trying to find some sort of craft project i can do, maybe knit a baby cardigan or something. Anyone got any ideas?

we have another lovely day here so it sucks to be back in the office!
it also sucks that i have had to safety pin the top of my trousers! its find to have the button done up when im standing but once i sit down they are far too tight!
we had a lovely day in the garden y.day. I did some gardening then we had a friend round for a BBQ. I must have eaten far too much as I was so bloated in the evening! I was ready to go to bed by 8pm too!
mummysimpson- do you want your project to be baby related? Id love to be able to knit a little cardigan! Might have to get my mum to reteach me how to knit once we tell her!!

Yeah i really want to do/make something for baby, i cannot remember at all how to knit, my mums really good at knitting and crocheting.

Mummysimpson, yes I made the move this morning. It's very friendly over there come on over!
So that's first tri done and dusted for me ladies, I wanted to say thanks to everyone for being so friendly and making first tri a welcoming place. I hope the remainder of 1st tri is uneventful for you all. Xxxx

Sorry im on my phone so can't do personal but i desperately need some reassurance.
Just went to the loo and tmi but there was brown cm on the paper. Im now seriously panicking about what that means. should i call the epu or am i worrying over nothing??? I know it can be normal but it feels like such a miracle im pg at all I've just been waiting for it all to go wrong. am i overreacting???

Jem I am no expert but i think brown means old blood and u only need to be concerned if its bright red.
It might be worth calling a proffessional just for some reassurance though!

Don't worry jem, as you have said it can be completely normal and quite common. Keep an eye on it, its normally just "old blood" leaving your system. If the blood becomes bright red or is followed by strong cramping then you need to get in contact with somebody, midwife or epu. But for now try not to worry. xx

Thanks both. think i over did it a bit at the weekend. im going to be running to the toilet every 5 minutes just to check!!!

Hi all, sorry also on my phone so no personals. Jem I just wanted to echo what everyone else said. My midwife last time wasn't the least bit concerned about the brown streaked CM when I had it. I was then moving tables at work and then had a bleed which was solely down to overdoing it. I know things obviously didn't end well for me, but when I went for the early scan and right up to my ERPC everything was still very much in place and the bleeding was not related to that.
I know you were packing up over the weekend and I think it sounds like you've just over done it a bit. Just try and take it easy and it should settle down.
I've had a positivity dip today, I felt so ill on Saturday, sore head, really bad nausea and then yesterday it wasn't as bad and I feel ok today (queue panick stations!) I can't believe I'm wishing for this, but I would feel better (mentally not physically!) if the sickness/nausea would return :(
