I didn't do any kind of massage and I didn't have any tears at all. I'm sure being in the water helped though.

Hi all, i am sneaking in as a new graduate from first tri....
Quick intro, live near Nottingham, been married eighteen months have a lovely big rescue dog and a gorgeous aging grey horse and this is my first pregnancy and i am 14+1 with non identical twins. Pregnancy so far has been a slightly bumpy ride with sickness and high blood pressure, but i am sure it will all be worth it in the end.
I am a bit useless at checking in everyday but promise to make more of an effort now i am feeling slightly better, and look forward to getting to know you all.

NLH - I admire your determination I must say as I'm not sure I could bring myself to root around my foof like that!!!
Isis - is Jude okay? That must have given you a fright! It won't be long before you are getting a foot in the bladder I'm sure! Also glad to hear you didn't do any rooting and didn't tear!!
PP - Welcome to 2nd tri! I recall your post when you found out about the twinnies! I still think its utterly amazing and would have to have had twins! Glad to hear you are keeping a bit better.

Morning ladies, or should I say afternoon!
NLH hope you are feeling better now! What's the Doppler scan for?
CK hope you are comfy in your joggies now!
MrsV, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well a day at home will hopefully help x
SP, just string that appointment out....how long will it take you to get from hospital to work?
Isis, hope Jude is feeling better, enjoy putting your feet up
AFM, I was so sore last night! I called a physio this morning so went to see her, she doesnt think it's spd which is a bonus but she's given me some exercises to do and manipulated my pelvis a bit so hopefully that will help. Not much else on, just having lunch then taking M to gymnastics this afternoon.
Hope everyone is doing ok and those that have been unwell are feeling better x

Hi ladies, was just coming on to say hi! Sorry I never get on until later and my phone keeps logging me out and not letting me log back in which means I never post!

Hi ladies, sorry I've been a bit AWOL and am on a bit late for personals but glad you're all well. We've moved house and it's all gone well- hubby is currently in the middle of repainting every wall in sight! It's very hectic here and I'm looking forward to being able to unpack properly. We had our 20 week scan - baby is looking good which is such a relief. We did find out what team we're on but I won't be posting it here for now until we've told a few people 'IRL'.
