Morning. I'm knackered, just finished my 3 12 hour shifts, thank god! Heading into Manchester today to primark in the hope of getting some maternity clothes. Then need to come back and tidy up. Very dull here today, think its going to rain. Other than that L has football tonight which I hate as its 2 hours I need to sit with Isaac trying to stop him invading the pitch as he wants to play but can't as the boys are too big!
take care allx

Morning RF. Hope you have some luck finding nice maternity clothes in Primark. I still haven't managed to have a look in there yet.
It looks like another hot, muggy day here which, I have say, I'm now starting to struggle with. The nice weather is great but it's now just making me feel shattered! A day at home and in the garden for us, I could do with getting some housework done but just can't be bothered. I've also developed a nice little cough and sore throat overnight, pregnancy really doesn't suit me this time around!
Hi to all who follow x

AFM not much to report, work was fairly quiet yesterday, got another early night last night so starting to feel more human now! Already looking forward to the weekend tho. We go to menorca next fri so Ned to go shopping this weeknd and find a new swimming costume, any thoughts on where I can find a Cheapish one?

Rf hops primark gas some nice bits. I'm impressed you've managed to do all those shifts in a row!
Wg hope the cough doesn't develop into a cold. Could it be linked to the hay fever? Enjoy a lazy day!
Mrs l that will be lovely getting away for a bit. I got one from mothercare last year think it was about £25.
Not much to report here. I'm so much more tired this time round if I do anything at the weekend. It seems to take a while to recover!

WG - that's what the weather is like here, could do with a good thunder I think.
Mrs L what about dotty p? Asda George??
Well Iv messed up, took isaacfo the cm as he goes mon and Tuesdays every week but I forgot I swapped my day to Friday this week arrrrgh! She said she will still take him as the other children were shouting on him at the window lol, so Iv told her il nip into town then go and pick him up, bang goes my nap lol

RF - let us know if you find anything in primark. I could be doing with some more maternity clothes. Lol at your mess up with the CM, that's the kind of thing I do.
WG - hope you have a nice day in the garden. Sod the housework I say!
MrsL - jealous of Menorca! H&M do maternity swimsuits for £15.
Bunny - a good excuse for doing nothing?! You'll just have to try and get as much rest in as possible.
AFM - a grey rainy day here. Still got lots of packing to do, we're driving down to Brighton tonight to stay with MIL for the week, not my idea of a holiday but never mind. Hoping the girls will sleep through most of the drive as it will take us about 7-8 hours. We're going to take them to Peppa pig world next week before coming home so that should be fun.
Tired today, I ended up going into R's bed at 530 as she was star fishing in ours.
Hope everyone's well, have a good day.

MrsL - glad the early nights helped. Mothercare had a nice swimsuit in the other day.
Bunny - I'm also a lot more tired this time, you think it's be easier 2nd time wouldn't you?
RF - shame about the nap but hope you get sorted in town!
DD - have you been to Pepper Pig World before? We went last month and had a great time, I think H and I loved the rides more than F!

Just a quick update. Primark didn't have a lot but what they did have I bought 2 pairs of jeans £5 each!!!! 1 day to day dress, 3 tops, 3 leggings, 1nighty (very premature but for hospital lol) and a pair of pjs, o and some knickers!
Some vests for madam and socks for the boys!
Poor h got nothing but he'd not wear anything from primark anyway so he's missed out lol
Off to Harvey nicks to meet friend for drink (have dropped primark bag off in car first ) then off to pick up the monster

WG - haven't been before. R is almost 4 and just about losing interest in Peppa but O is 2 and loves her. We live in Glasgow but it's only an hour or so away from MILs so we thought we'd go while we're there. I'm sure R will still love it when we get there.
RF - sounds like you got a few bargains!

Dd peppa pig world is great. We took h's cousins a couple of years ago and we all loved it! Good luck with the drive, that's a long slog!
WG yes I thought as my body knew what it was doing it might be easier. Definitely don't have the same energy levels as before. Don't know how you do it and look after f.
Rf that sounds like a good selection of clothes. I must try and get to lakeside at some point to have a look. Hope you enjoyed your drink, very posh!

RF - hope you've had a lovely time in Harvey Nicks and I'm glad you've got some clothes from Primark.
WG - I hope you've had a restful day and the cough and sore throat have cleared off.
MrsL - glad you're feeling more human, not long till your holiday!
Bunny - I think the heat doesn't help with tiredness, hope you've had a restful day.
DD - that doesn't sound like my idea of a holiday, oh well. Safe journey!
AFM - I had my 16 week MW appointment today and all's well. I heard the heartbeat and the MW let me record it for H. We also talked the situation with the local MLU reopening and it being an on-demand service. It'll be open during the day, but will open as and when needed during the night. If at night, I would have to call the main maternity unit, who will call the on-call MW. She'll either come to see me or meet me at the MLU, which has made me start thinking about whether to have a home birth. This will be something I will be thinking a lot about in the coming weeks.

Ds glad everything is well. I love listening to the heartbeat! That does sound like a bit of a faff if you go into labour at night, you've just got to think about what would work best for you. The only people who I know that have had home births have had good experiences.
