How is everyone? Doing ok here, feeling quite a few flutters now and pretty tired but apart from that, all good. Scan isn't until the end of the month so just counting down the days. We've just booked a trip to Bremen in Germany for the weekend after the scan so two things to look forward to at the end of the month :)
Hope everyone is doing ok.

Morning Popcorn! how exciting on the flutters and the trip to Germany!
AFM - I've been feeling windy movements recently too, which is exciting! Baby must be going through a growing spurt as I am constantly tired and hungry at the minute. Also VERY grumpy too. Got ridiculously annoyed at H this morning for letting a car push in in front of us. I hate pregnancy hormones!
Got my 16 week midwife appointment next Wednesday! H is coming with me as he missed out the last time, and i'm hoping she'll let me hear the heartbeat like they did the last time, but we shall see. things seem to have changed a lot since the last time.
Also, on a slightly TMI note, i'm now on day 3 without any spotting! longest running consecutive days since the bleeding started at 6 weeks.
Hi to all who follow!

Scratch that on the spotting front. It's back with vengeance :-( sigh.

Oh no, sorry that the spotting is back RKB. Did they say if it's something that is likely to continue or could they not say? Three days without is an improvement though so hopefully it's a sign that it's easing off now.
My MW let me hear the HB at the 16 week appointment, it was lovely. I don't think it's recommended under the NICE guidelines but she did last time and same again this time. Hope you get to hear it :)

Thanks Popcorn. I'm not concerned about it as when i was at the early scan at 7 weeks they could see what was causing the bleeding. I'm going to speak to the Midwife next week about it and see what she says. I am a bit surprised that it's lasted this long, but they did tell me that unless it gets heavier, bright red or i get cramping, that i shouldn't be too concerned. And i've not had any of that, so i'm happy to just 'get on with it' for want of a better phrase. And with me starting to feel the little one moving, i really don't feel like i've got anything to worry about.
I hope they'll let us hear little ones heartbeat. H is weirdly excited about getting to come along this time...I think it's to do with the fact he didn't get to come in for my booking appointment (my fault, i didn't ask for him to come in after the initial questions)

Hi all. I'm 16 weeks tomorrow, got my 16 week appointment with the midwife tomorrow too, so hopefully all ok. Nausea has eased off, but still knackered, bump is coming and going, I had a flat stomach yesterday and look about 7 months gone today!! Not feeling any obvious movements, a few flutters but not sure if wind. I have succumbed and we are having a private gender scan on Thursday, so excited! Just really want to know, and stop calling baby 'it'. Think it will be more real when we can call it he/she. A bit indulgent, but why not, I need cheering up, lost another one of our rats last week so feeling very blue :-(
