Morning all, whoohoo I get to start a thread :-)
Had a great babymoon in the Maldives, got back last night after a week of boat trips, snorkelling with turtles and manta rays, lounging in our water villa, getting pampered in the spa and generally forgetting about being pregnant (is that a bad thing??!). Back to reality with a bump now, mounds of housework and washing to do today before consultant appt tomorrow. Good baby news is that I think I can start feeling a few occasional fluttery movements now. I was told it may take until 24 weeks due to having an anterior placenta, but I'm sure something is there now.
Hope everyone here is well, will pop back later xx

Afternoon all, it's quiet today!
BF - glad you had a nice 'babymoon'
CJ - when do you have to book the growth scan for?
AFM - I haven't done much packing as I keep getting side-tracked! Came across our wedding album so had a look through and got upset about dad not being here anymore. Then sought out my wedding memorabilia box and loved reading back my hitched wedding report! And now it's lunchtime! Something tells me today isn't going to be a productive day! X

It's going to be quiet on here now we've lost people to 3rd tri!!
BF - sounds like you had a fab holiday. Hope the consultant appointment goes well tomorrow.
CJ - hello! Time's cracking on isn't it! Feels like yesterday we were waiting for our 12 week scans! Hope the growth scan goes well, lovely to see baby again.
Browny - how much time do you have til the move? So sorry about your dad, that must be really hard. I had a few weepy moments at an 80th birthday function we had at the pub at the weekend thinking about how much my grandparents would have loved to meet this baby. I can't imagine how much harder that would be it was my parent. Hugs for you.
AFM - Took H to the UCC last night and he has a fractured knee cap so off he went this morning to the fracture clinic and I had to pick him up with a full leg cast.... The joy! He has to have a check up in a week and surgery might be on the cards. Might be driving myself to the hospital come August if the surgery isn't speedy! Baby wise, lots of kicking and I have my ECG thing fitted on Thursday so should find out soon if there will any restrictions on the type of labour I will be allowed. All fun stuff coming up haha

Hi again :-)
CeeJay, we went to Komandoo http://www.komandoo.com which was very tiny and perfect for what we wanted. 24 weeks, ooh yes, we're nearly "viable". Doesn't time fly?
Browny, I had to so through wedding stuff when clearing the office out to become a nursery. Very sentimental, I agree.
Jonesy, hope your H gets better soon and doesn't need surgery. Good luck for the ECG on Thursday :-)
I did wonder why it was quiet today. I hadn't realised that so many had left for 3rd tri while I was away. Hopefully we'll get some graduates from 1st tri joining us soon. Suppose I should stop loitering here and get on with stuff. 4 loads of washing done, 2 to go, and about a third of the house cleaned so far...
