H didn't get up in the night this time so hoping he will be OK now, although I've told him he's not going to work today as he was poorly til 4pm and if it's a bug he might pass it on to people. Slept well until I got up for a wee then took ages to bet back to sleep as baby was having a right party! Lovely to feel the kicks although they are still very gentle. Just bought some cassettes for our nappy bin on Amazon as they were only £19.99 for 9. If I'm not allowed to buy clothes before 20 week scan according to h I will get other 'essential bits' instead!

Morning bunny, pleased your h is feeling a bit better today. Are you going to find out if it's a boy or a girl before buying clothes or are you just holding off to be sure everything Is ok?
Well I slept loads better last night so feeling great today. Yesterday our sales director brought in a quinny buggy and a car seat and gave them to us for free, so chuffed. The buggy is blue but should be ok if it's a girl too surely?
Hope u all have a good Tuesday x

Mrs l mainly to make sure everything is OK. We are finding out, but still want buy most clothes in neutral colours so they can be used for the next one.that's good that you slept better and great news on the free buggy! Blues fine for a girl. If we'd of had a choice in pram colour (we got a display model) we would have gone royal blue.

Sorry, didn't get back on yesterday.
Bunny, glad your H is feeling better & baby is moving about lots!! Do you know the date for your scan yet? I've been naughty & have already got loads of clothes, I did buy them second hand though so haven't spent much....yet!
MrsL, amazing you got a pram for free, how generous of your colleague. Blues fine for a girl, other people might disagree but I hate this pink for a girl, blue for a boy stereotypical stuff. We're going to be getting a lime green pram (won't be finding out the sex).
I'm so tired today as my cat took up pretty much all my space on the bed past night but I can get a lay in tomorrow so am looking forward to that.
Hi to everyone else, I'll try to get back on today!

Good Morning ladies!
bunny - Pleased to hear that your H is on the mend. Great that you can feel baby too! Not long until your scan either :)
MrsL - Great news about the buggy!! Blue is absolutely fine for a girl! We're going for a red pram as we don't know what we're having
PP - Enjoy your lay in tomorrow! I hope your cat is more considerate tonight!
AFM - I've started to get feelings in my bump, but not sure if its baby or me! ha! I'm not convinced it's baby just yet, but time will tell. Off to look at an apartment this morning, H and I are currently living with his parents (was meant to be temporary - it's now been 15 months!) so with a baby on the way, it's time to move!
Hi to all that follow! xxx

Afternoon all, late on again!
Bunny - glad to hear your H is feeling better and yay for your scan soon!
Mrs L - Blue is fine for a girl, we have a petrol blue pram on order and we don't know the flavour. That's very kind of them - just be careful about the second hand car seat. I am sure you are, but just make sure you're 100% sure that it's not had any knocks or anything.
PP - naughty cat! ours sleep downstairs so we avoid this issue!
Bunny - yay to feelings. Mine started at about the same time. Good luck finding a new pad :)
AFM - I am shattered! I went to football last night and didn't get home til midnight. Worth it though, my team won and we are off to Wembley (this is very exciting for footy fan me!). Bump feels a bit quieter today but still feeling movements (and I typed this I just got a thump!).
Hi to all that follow x

Afternoon all, sorry haven't been around much lately - you know how it is!
Bunny - glad your H is feeling better.
MrsL - lucky you on the free buggy!
PP - I know how that feels my cat always used to rule the bed. We've started shutting her downstairs in preparation for baby arriving though. I felt guilty at first but she's really settled into it and is used to it now.
Boo - it probably is baby! How exciting. Enjoy looking at apartments - bet you can't wait to have your own space!
Gavi - OMG a QPR fan!!! They are few and far between lol. My H supports them as does his family and most of his friends. Being up north now we didn't go last night but we're hoping to get tickets for the final. The match last night must have been such a great atmosphere - it was great to watch on TV - we really missed not being there.
AFM - been ordering some baby bits and bobs and also our pram was delivered yesterday which was exciting! Baby had hiccups for the first time a couple of nights ago - it was so cute although they had them intermittently throughout the night so I didn't get much sleep! Plus my sides felt like they were splitting after all the movement that day (baby is getting more and more active) so didn't get much sleep at all! I have my first MW appointment with my new MW this aft.
Hello to laters and lurkers! X

Browny, I am for my sins! Bubble already has a romper (poor little mite is in for a lifetime of misery). It was incredible, I'm still a bit overwhelmed by it all.
I think we need a pram flash missy,

Oh go on then :)
Its the Brittax Affinity with a black colour pack (we'll probably get a colour once baby is here to brighten It up.
Sorry for huge pics x

That is lush!

Pp yes its at the end of may. We book our scan when we are there for the 12 week one. Naughty cat! Enjoy your lay in tomorrow.
Boo how was the apartment viewing?
Gavi at least the tiredness is worth it if you won! Maybe baby is tired from all the excitement too!
Browny lovely pram, its exciting getting the bigger bits isn't it? Hope your new midwife is nice.
Just got the delivery of the car seat foot muff thing from kiddicare for our car seat and they've sent us 2 even though we ordered 1. A spare for sick days I think!

Bunny - thats great! Doesn't happen very often lol. I was supposed to get my isofix base and car seat delivered today (Mothercare) and only the isofix base came, but online it says they were both delivered! I am worried they'll insist its been delivered :/ I've emailed them anyway.
My midwife is lovely :) much nicer than my other one! She's referred me to a consultant so I'm receiving the same care as before. She said their policy is to not do a GTT test for PCOS, so I won't have one now. As I don't have any other risk factors I'm not concerned. She also told me that she was on clomid, conceived and had a miscarriage then went on to conceive twice 'normally'. So much so she has an 11-month gap between her two girls! Gives me hope :)

Browny definitely complain if there are any issues. I've never had a problem with mother are but my cousins girlfriend got £100 vouchers from them as they delayed delivering the pram by a few weeks. That's great news that midwife is lovely, it really helps to put you at ease.
