Any news from Mrsh2009 yet? If needed sending baby oit vibes her way! Is there anyone else close enough to their due date to want baby oit vibes too?
Can't believe we are in July already the time is flying by!Had antenatal last night. The lady asked for soneone to arrange a meet up with all of us and no one offered to take the lead, so I might. Bit out of my confort zone as I'm not so hood at organising, but would like to stay in touch with some of the people. Got midwife today for 34 week appointment so will update this afternoon. It means I get to leave work early and miss a staff meeting with governors, which Im quite pleased about as thry tend to go on for ages!

Morning Bunny, good work on missing the staff meeting! Hope the appointment goes well.
AFM, last working day of the week, and no extra work lined up for the rest of the week - yay! Meeting some lovely MDers tomorrow and hopefully Thursday too, which will be fab. All well with baby, MW next week. Need to plan a Peppa Pig birthday cake for my smallest boy as well - he's 3 on Sunday!
02/07/2013 at 07:57
Bunny - hope mw goes well
Margot - yay to no more work this week. How lovely getting to meet up with MDers
AFM, got a grumpy boy this morning, had strop after strop since he woke up - going to be a long day. It's raining and my h is at work with the car so stuck in the house. God knows what we'll do. Currently snuggled on the couch watching Disney Junior! No news babywise, on the final countdown now so just a waiting game!

Bunny - good luck at the MW
Margot - sounds like a nice week you have ahead of you
Ally - oh no. i hope he gets out of his grump with some snuggles with mummy :)
AFM - was a bit worried yesterday as hadnt felt Twinklet move all morning. she's usually very active in the morning and hadnt felt anything so rang the midwife at lunch and had an appointment at the Antenatal baby clinic. monitored me for about half an hour. everything fine. she's still not been as active as normal but at least i know shes ok.
hope mrsH2009 is quiet for a reason :)
Bunny - good work on the meeting! Not sure I want baby out vibes yet, a couple more weeks chilling out would suit me!
M - yay! for last working day. Good luck with the cake!
Ally - hope LO cheers up, not great when its raining is it?
AFM - no real baby news. Catching up with a couple of ex colleagues for lunch today, and other than that will just be lounging about! H went off to work on his bike this morning for the first time, as I told him I wasnt being stuck at home for 10 months with no car, I dont think he's very happy and is likely to be broken when he gets home as he hasnt ridden for years!!

Twink - hope twinklet wakes up properly soon!

Continued baby out vibes for MrsH2009.
Bunny - I dont know where the time is going! Hope MW goes well this afternoon, yey for missing meetings and getting off work early :D
Margot - Hope you can get the cake sorted have fun at the meet tomorrow!
Ally - hope lo cheers up for you :( and that disney junior isnt too mind numbing. How long have you got left?
AFM - 30 weeks today, it has flown by. Baby is still a bit hyper-active, kicking away, making me feel sick when I lie in bed lol. Hubby is going for his driving lesson soon, Im waiting in for my mothercare delivery with my new swimming costume in cant wait, if it fits we will be going swimming tomorrow (or doggy paddling in my case). Off to the pictures and for a meal tonight :) cant wait we havent had a "date" night since just after we got married. Hi to all who follow xxx

Sorry twink and PC missed you there!
Twink - glad baby is ok and hope she starts moving a bit more.
PC - enjoy your lunch today, hope hubbys saddle sore isnt too bad lol x
02/07/2013 at 08:46
Bunny - definitey take the initiative and arrange something, I'm sure everyone else is hoping someone will.
Margot - have fun meeting the other MD'ers. I'm sure with your baking and craft skills his cake will be amazing!
Ally - A seems to be incredibly grumpy since Sunday too, lots of strops here too. Hope it's not too long a day for you!
Twink - glad all was ok. It may be she's runing out of so much room, or just sleeping a lot due to a growth spurt. You did the right thing though, you were worried so you sought reassurance.
PC - how far does he have to cycle? at least he'll be getting fitter I guess, if a bit saddle sore
AFM - very busy day at work yesterday, my replacement started and I had 3 hours worth of management training, felt like I didn't get a second to myself, let alone any time to check in on here/fb etc. Today me and A are going to the garden centre to get some flowers to replace the ones that have died in the barrells on the driveway - I must remember to water these ones! then the HV is coming for A's 2 yo check, I hope he's out of his grumpiness then! After lunch I need to go and have my blood test (must find where I put the form..) then will try to fit in a visit to H's nan as his mum is away this week, but it all depends on what time Tesco bring my shopping.
Just wish the sun would come out, it;s cloudy at the moment. I may have to change out of my summer dress.
Bump was very active during my training yesterday, maybe she wants to be a boss?

Going to pack my hospital bag today then we're having a "date night", probably the last one until baby's here so we're off out for a Thai.

Bunny – nice one on missing out on the meeting. Hope the mw goes well.
Margot – look at you being busy meeting up with the MDers. Peppa Pig cake sounds exciting – are you baking it yourself?
Ally – uh oh. Hope he snaps out of it soon so you can have a good day ahead.
Twink – so glad you got checked out and little twinklet is doing well, even if she’s being a bit stubborn.
Porkchop – enjoy your lunch today! Good job on getting him to ride his bike so you can have the car – unfortunately while H does ride his bike it’s too far for him to ride to work. So we’ll be sticking to the, if I need the car, I’ll have to drive him in routine we have now.
Luna – hope your cossie fits so you can have a swim later. And most importantly, enjoy your date night!
Bridget – sounds like you’ve got a busy day ahead of you. Hope you have a good one. I know what you mean about the weather. Fingers crossed the sun comes back out.
Twinkletoes – good luck on packing your hospital bag today! Have you got everything you need for it? And again, enjoy your date night! Good choice on a thai!
Duckford – enjoy your lunch out and seeing your friends. Sounds like some good baby things going on tomorrow for you.
Baby out vibes for MrsH (if they’re still needed of course!)
AFM – we decided to play different kinds of music to bump last night including a ‘dolphin chillout’ which we found on youtube, which baby seemed to enjoy! 35 weeks today – we’re off food shopping this evening so I’ve added the last little bits that I need to get for the hospital bag onto our list, so it will be packed by the end of the weekend!

BG - sounds like a busy day! He has to go about 4 miles, I'm not feeling sorry for him as he's known for months he needed to get out and practice but he hasnt bothered!
TT - date night sounds good, we've got one planned for Friday night.
DF - glad youre feeling better, have a lovely time with your friends!

Morning everyone. Busy thread already.
Bunny - good luck for your appointment and nice to miss the meeting
Margot - glad all is well. Good luck with the cake
Ally - hope your boy cheers up soon. Grumpy toddlers are hideous.
Twink - glad baby is ok. Might just have moved so her movements aren't as obvious.
Luna - enjoy date night. Very jealous
PC - enjoy your lunch
BG - sounds a busy day for you. Reminds I need new plants for our pots. I forget to water too. Hope A cheers up soon
TT - sounds very productive. Enjoy your date night too.
Duckford - hope you have fun with your friends.
Saphire - sounds very organised.
AFM - dropped D off at nursery this morning and have been feeling very odd since. Bump very tight and heavy feeling which makes me feel sick. But I slept really well as no snoring H to annoy me. Had the whole bed to myself until 4.30 when D decided to come through and start asking me about where daddy was. She seemed happy enough with my explanation so got in and went back to sleep. Had planned to clean to the living room top to bottom today but think going back to bed is a better idea. FIL has walked the dog for me. I can barely walk the length of the house now. Growth scan on Monday. Quite intrigued to see how big this one will be. As long as it's not 11lb again I don't mind ;)

37 weeks today. Still grumpy as hell, mainly because of painful braxton hicks, constant back ache and stupid piles as well. Am so grumpy, oh i already said that. Midwife next Tuesday. Am so glad i didn't cancel my c-section now because there is no way I can wait any longer than necessary.
Have accepted our first "post baby" invitation, have been kind of saying "erm dont' know" to most things but there is a village Teddy Bear's picnic on 7th august. H will be back at work by then but I know I can get the bus there, and lots of Zoe's friends will be going so some spare hands to help me if I need it. Eek.
02/07/2013 at 17:20
Lots of you sound like you've got lovely evenings planned with date nights and friends. Hope everyone has enjoyed their day. It's been cold here!
Jelly baby not long to wait now, hopefully the braxton hicks will ease off.
I won't be sending baby out vibes to anyone else yet then, maybe in a couple of weeks ;)
Think I will email the antenatal lady and tell her I will arrange something. Midwife went well. Bump has only grown 1cm in 2 weeks but she wasn't concerned so I'm not either. Only 2cm behind the number of weeks. She showed us where baby's head is and got us to feel either side of it. It's still head down but not engaged, still got plenty of time for that!

Hi All, hope you've all had a nice day. I booked my glucose test and whooping cough jab today for next week. I HATE drinking that stuff, and stupidly I made the appointment for 9.30 in the morning so I have to drink Lucozade for breakfast - yuck! Have 28 week MW appointment tomorrow, even though baby is very wriggly it's always nice to hear the heartbeat.
I wish me and H could have a date night, we haven't been out just the two of us in ages and ages. Even a trip to the cinema would be nice. Having said that, he's away for two weeks and having the bed to myself is better than a night out at the moment!
I had a bit of a nesting moment yesterday, I threw out three huge bags of the girls tat toys whilst they weren't looking and it felt soooo good. There is still more to do but at least i can actually see their playroom floor now! I need to keep up the momentum before I get too big.
