Where are u all??
Hope all is well with everyone and has anyone heard from bunny As I'm sure her initial results should have been yesterday???
afm, scan yesterday (updated on yesterday's thread but the jist is there was a hb) scan again 29 april then likely in the week after for the nuchal, thankfully consultant is going to do all the scans too so no big long waits thank god. I and 2 people IRL know I was trying to keep it on the QT till at least 20 weeks, but had to tell my friend as she had to baby sit yesterday whilst I went to the scan and iv just been to a bday party where I looked a bit green with nausea and is friend just asked and I just didn't say a word and she screamed and said congratulation , so she's been sworn to absolute secrecy and I trust her not to say anything but omg I could have died on the spot
diet is healthy as ever here sitting eating some micro chips and a rustlers burger , I had a love of rustlers burgers with Isaac!!!
take care all

Pleased to hear all went well yesterday! I love friends reactions to hearing the news too! I wouldn't have been able to keep quiet until 20 weeks, our close friends and family know but its not "public" knowledge it. I'm showing already so it would be hard to hide.
AFM - Enjoying a relaxed day off in the sunshine. H and I went into town and made our token gift, after our 12wk scan we said we would buy something small, so H chose a little outfit. He was so excited about it! We've started looking at prams too, just to get an idea of what there is. Our friend has offered her bugaboo as she doesn't plan to have anymore children, so we've gone to look at others so we have something to compare it to when we see it.
Hi to all that follow xxx

TRF - I'm so glad it all went well yesterday. Close friends and family also know about this pregnancy, I wouldn't be able to keep it a secret either :-). I've also just realised who you really are, is it a secret login?
Boo - Glad to hear you're enjoying a relaxing day off. Looking at prams is such a minefield though I've heard good things about the Bugaboo. I'm going to be using the double buggy that I kept as I knew there would be a #3 in the pipeline.
AFM - I finally got round to doing a CBD which confirmed everything and told me I'm 2-3 weeks which is right. Other than the nausea, tiredness and sore boobs, I'm ok :-D

Hello rf. Where is everyone else?lthank you for thinking of me. We've been away for a long weekend just got back At lunchtime today. Got the initial results back Friday and baby doesn't have pataus, Edwards or downs which is good, just waiting for the full results which are all the other chromosomes and also the gender. Should have those by next Friday.
That's great that the scan went well and you don't have to wait too long until the next scan. Sometimes its good for a couple of people to know just for some extra support. I have to say I'm similar with the diet I'm fancying all the greasy food.

Sorry someone came round when writing!
Boo that's a lovely idea with the gift. Last time we didn't get anything til after the 20 week scan but I've said once we know the sex I'm going to buy an outfit, although we aren't telling anyone what it is so will have to keep it hidden! That's nice of your friend to offer their pram.
D's nice to see you Here. That's great that the cbd is agreeing with you and I hope the nausea doesn't turn into anything more!

Hi GB great to see you here too! Think I've missed a few announcements over the last week! That's good your booking in went well and they are going to keep an eye on you til 20 weeks. I thought we would be consultant led for a bit but apparently if the results are all normal we just get seen like everyone else.

Boo - that's lovely u bought something
Ds - yes it's me lol, started as an anon but forgot password for here so I'm out but sticking with trf
Bunny - fantastic news re cvs! Really pleased for you.
Gb - I had new mw too the other week
And I thought to myself I hope that's a good sign
No we don't plan to tell till 20ish weeks at least, tbh if I could go longer I would as dont want the kids to know. So realistically 2 of my friends know, and sil and possibly telling my mum as we are going on holiday with her next week, but I might see how long I can get away with it for. I know line showing by 20 weeks, I was the last time but no one dared ask due to our history so planning the same this time really.

I'm not a morning person (especially not on days I'm supposed to be working - ie Monday & Tuesdays!!)
RF: Great that the scan went well yesterday. Don't you love healthy eating in early pregnancy (think I've eaten my body weight in wotsits recently or my new, even more unhealthy, craving of pork scratchings!!) Hope the burger was good!!
Boo: Lovely idea to buy something after the scan
DS: Gotta love the CBD to see it in writing, hope your nausea & other symptoms don't last too long
Bunny: Amazing news, so glad you've got the all clear so far
GB: Sorry to hear you're still suffering & as for the scan date, hopefully time will speed up for you I feel like I've been waiting forever for mine!
AFM: No much to tell. We only told my mum & step dad & the inlaws but since then we (I!!) seem to have told a few people as I've needed to like head & deputy at school as there are other people on ML who want to come back part time so wanted to give them a chance, the ladies that are running the summer show I'm in (Grease) as they were taking measurements to order/make costumes & I didn't want money to be wasted & then a good friend as she's just announced her pregnancy & it'll be lovely to go through it with her. Got our scan on Monday (6 days eeek - already having sleepless nights) then telling the rest of my family in person at the weekend as we don't see them that often so have managed to hide it so far.
