Morning ladies, back to work for me today so also means back to early morning starts and regular time for MD! I had a lovely week off, so don't want to go back!
Suzie - what dpo are you now? Any news?
i have zero clue what is going on, still no positive opk, no fertile CM but I've had sore boobs for a couple of days. I'm sticking with the OPKs but there doesn't seem to be much happening! If I count my op as CD1 I'm CD36 today. All I want is something to happen! Ideally OV but I would settle for AF now I'm so bored of the waiting!
Hope everyone had as good a Monday as possible. Oh and SP.....6 more sleeps!!!!wah! You must be buzzing!!x

Hey MDD - im really glad that you have had a nice week off!!
Really sorry that nothing seems to be happening ovulation wise - its so frustrating. Things will get back to normal tho i promise!
I think i'm 11DPO - so that would put me as being due wednesday/thursday depending on which app i'm using on my phone. I'm trying to keep myself busy, good job i have lots to do this week! If AF hasnt showed her face, i'm going to test on Saturday. It was meant to be on Monday, but my OH is off on Saturday and i gathered that if AF hasnt shown up by then i'm pretty sure i wont be able to wait until Monday.
I have got really mixed feelings about it all at the moment - obviously i would give anything to have a baby and i'm doing all that i possibly can do try and make that happen, but because of that, i am absolutely petrified. If i am pregnant i'm gonna have a meltdown because i'm pregnant and i'm scared and convinced that its gonna happen all over again, and if i'm not pregnant i'm going to have a meltdown because its been almost a year and i just want a baby, its not too much to ask is it?
Thank god i have got some nice stuff planned the next couple of months so either way, my mind will be occupied!
I'm in work early today - is it bad that i made OH drive to work today so i didnt have to get on the bus with the smelly people? And yes the people that get on my bus are really smelly! But because of that i had to leave the house at 6.45 haha.
This week i have got my 11month old nephew for the day, well i am nipping to work for a couple of hours but im hoping that will be his nap time
Also have my best friends baby shower meal thing that i have organised, which has been really hard but i feel so proud with myself for doing it!
OH is off on Saturday so im mega excited as we are gonna get sorted for the holiday.

Sorry to gatecrash girls!
Miss DD - How long are you going to wait before going to the doctors about lack of AF? I'm on CD36 now and have decided that if it gets to 8 weeks I'm going to the doctors.
29/04/2013 at 10:27
Oh Suzie, I know what your meaning. I can sympathise with the 'wait' in a way. We just had our 3rd anniversary last week and I'm so gutted I'm not pg :( We always planned to try as soon as we got married, but a number of horrible things got in the way (redundancy, family illness, the lot!) so we ended up not trying until after our second anniversary. Those 2+ years were a killer! I hope this is your month Suze, I know you'll be worried if it does happen, but that's never going to change my love.
Hey Mrs V, I'm not sure, I was on the ever increasing cycles anyway, my 'norm' seemed to be 35days and last cycle when I got my bfp I didn't ov until CD29, so would have been a 44ish day cycle for me. I think if I've had no signs of OV/AF by 8 weeks I'll go to the docs too. I hate the waiting! I just expected to OV about 3/4 weeks after, not still be in limbo after 5 weeks!x
p.s. I know your on the TTC thread, but feel free to join in over here if you want? I feel like a miserable old grump so try to avoid the TTC thread as I don't want to bring down the thread or ruin the initial TTC excitement for people!
29/04/2013 at 11:07
I was thinking that I should join you guys. I feel like I am bringing everyone down on the TTC thread with my tales of woe!
I've been having 28-30 day cycles so I must be really up the creek at the min!
Suzie - I can sympathise with the not being pregnant feelings. I know it didn't take me long to conceive but losing my baby at 21 weeks wasn't part of the plan. It's so frustrating that everyone around me seems to be pregnant as well.
29/04/2013 at 11:18
Mrs V come on over! That's the reason I moved over from TTC, when I first joined the TTC thread I was sooo excited about trying and mega upbeat and there were loads of bfp's which I loved and the thread was always a buzz. I started to struggle with all the bfp's and now I don't want to regularly post as, similar to you, I'm just hanging about just now waiting post the MC and I'm not exactly bring fun/upbeat chat to the thread!
29/04/2013 at 12:08
You may or may not know but i had a miscarriage. Im not sure how much you know about my story, but i went on to have some long cycles (well longer than my usual 42 days), longest was 93 days - i went to the doctors and she said it was normal.
It is very frustraing - especially when im like almost a year on.
Please feel free to join us, will be good to see another face around here (good in a nice way, nobody really wants to be here)
MDD - Happy Anniversary for last week! I know its not going to change, i had a mini breakdown with OH last night. He is as scared as me but we are never going to get our baby if we don't get pregnant, so we just need to push through the feelings we have and just pray that one day it will happen for us.
I am just gonna go on lunch. I feel really strange, my head keeps going dizzy. How wierd!
29/04/2013 at 12:23
I don't think anyone that's gone through a MC will not be scared at their next pregnancy. The only thing that keep me positive about trying is the number of positive and success stories both on here and people I know IRL that have had a perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby after.
Are you tempted to test early or are you just set on Sat? Last cycle when I got the bfp, I wasn't going to test until the wed (so when I was late) but I had a dizzy spell on the sat and caved and tested on the Sun!
29/04/2013 at 12:39
Well i have ordered some CBD's so i def wont test until they have arrived. And I am not conifdent that anything will show up until the day AF is due so i think i will wait.
If i carry on having dizzy spells though i may change my mind x
29/04/2013 at 14:58
Thanks Suzie, reassuring to know.
I was going to say the same thing with the dizzy spells! good luck for when you test.
I keep having mini meltdowns on my H too. Sometimes I don't think they completely understand and it is worse for us as we are the one's able to symptom spot etc.
29/04/2013 at 17:04
Oh ladies, I hope you are all ok, it must be so difficult going through MC.
I hope AF comes soon Miss deedee. how was your first day back?
Hi Susie, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for AF to stay away.
Nice to see you Mrs V. It's nice (iyswim) to have a new face.
As for me, my temperature plumeted this morning, which I think means AF is due(if I've understood temping - though it is only my second months of doing it) - though a few days earlier than I expected. I think next month we willl make a doctors appointment. It's been 13 cycles now. H is away at the end of May, so probably sort something for when he returns.
29/04/2013 at 17:10
Double gate crash. Hope you don't mind ladies.
MissDD - I was 6 weeks after ERPC for my AF - 42 day cycle and I normally averaged around 32 days. Hope it arrives soon.
Same for you Mrs V

Hi RC first day was ok thanks, would still rather be at home though! How was your weekend?
Gillsy thanks for that, your not gatecrashing!
Hmmm I'm now starting to wonder if I've well and truely missed any surge on the OPKs! I've got no ewcm and ive had sore boobs since Thursday and have some wierd pains/twinges today that I always get in the 2ww. I'll do OPKs for the next couple of days but not sure if its been and gone in which case, going by my sore boobs only, I'm maybe 5dpo? God this is so frustrating! I'm definitely back on the monitor next month!!x
29/04/2013 at 18:38
Weekend was good thanks MDD. finished my art work, wrote one application letter and started the third and went to the rugby sunday, and a good design exhibition at the design museum, so all go. Really tired so I'm hoping to get a early night tonight.
You may have missed the surge on OPK - I got a positive one the first month I used them, but these last two months I've not seen anything, though temps tell me I've ovulated.
29/04/2013 at 20:12
Raincloud I've just started temping and for two days my temp was fairly high then it plumeted this morning. I wonder it AF is on its way? Or maybe Im clutching at straws lol. I'm finding temping interesting so far, never knew TTC was so scientific!
29/04/2013 at 21:13
I find the temping interesting too Mrs V, and not stressful, which is sometimes how I find OPK's. From what I have read your temperature drops a day or so before AF. This is certainly what happened to me least month (only on my second month of careful temping) my temperature dropped and that evening I came on. But lots of other ladies on here know far more about it than me, so they may be able to help you further.
30/04/2013 at 06:00
Oooh RC what was your art work!? I LOVE art! I very nearly went to do art at UNI, but decided to do accountancy instead (so similar!ha!) Have you heard anything on the job front? My works just had to reapply for their own jobs, it's constant now and so so horrible!
Mrs V I'll ask SP to nip on, she's our temping guru so will be able to help!
Suzie how you feeling? Anymore dizzy spells?
Ok, so still no EWCM but when I went to the loo last night I have a huge glob of CM a bit like dried plasticky glue or snot or something and it had a streak of blood in it. I thought it might be AF but nothing this morning and I still have the sore boobs. However I did an opk last night and its definitely getting darker. I'll do another one today and see how it looks x
30/04/2013 at 08:53
Thanks Raincloud. I think its too early to read much into mine, especially as I've started temping in the middle of my cycle. I don't really know what low and high temps are for me, I'm just going from what I've read on the internet!
MissDD - Yes that might be helpful, I'm a complete novice! Good that the OPK's are getting darker, something must be happening.
I had a rubbish nights sleep last night, kept waking up. Really aching from Pilates last night as well, it was tough going especially as its the first time I've been for ages! Hoping today goes quick as I think its going to be a struggle!
30/04/2013 at 12:36
this is a super quick drop in as I need to finish my lunch and be out the door and at a team development session in 10 mins! Hope you lovelies are all fabulously well!
Mrs V it's nice to see you here. I've been temping for a wee while now but I wouldn't say I'm a guru!!! ha ha (Naughty MDD!!) Your body has to remain at a certain temperature to sustain a pregnancy - I *think* it's above 36.4c. The day before AF arrives generally you will have a temperature dip which indicates that the eostrogen (sp?) has dropped.
4 sleeps before we leave for Aus!!! I'm so excited but too busy at work to really think about it. Stoopid work! It looks like I might be gearing up to ov putting me in the 2ww while on hols. It will probably be the easiest 2ww ever! Having said that I surged 3 times last cycle so I'm not getting my hopes up anything will happen. Today is my last day doing the Clean9 detox! It's been fab and I'm feeling great!
anyhoo, best run. hopefully I'll get a catch up later xx
30/04/2013 at 12:44
SP I'm so excited for you finishing clean 9!! Do your innards feel particularly soft and moisturised after all that Aloe? ha ;)
I think the hormone in question btw for the LP is Progesterone, which needs to remain high and keeps your body hot to sustain the pregnancy.
Hope everyone else is well, I haev nothing to report as yet hence I've been pretty quiet. Am on CD15 and have started feeling ovary twinges on the left today so will be keeping an eye on my CM and my temp from now on as well as jumping H every chance :)
Suzie enjoy your day with little chubby nephew today :)
