    yay how exciting!!

expect lots of chaos, fun and cheekiness!

my top tip would be remember to tuck his willy down, it took me a good few night feeds to work out how his nappy was dry but his vest was soaked!!

Ah yay Rod, that's great news! Boys are awesome :) I can only speak for S, but he's a ball of energy, no time for cuddles sadly Crying but does something to make me laugh every 5 minutes! Oh, and he's already obsessed with his willy something I don't imagine he will grow out of any time soon LaughCrying

Congratulations! Boys are fab, need walking twice a day rather like dogs but you get lots of cuddles and affection as a reward. Enjoy shopping for him!

Ahhh congrats! Can't believe you are far along enough now to find out the baby's sex Surprise

Errm can't remember who said it but you do indeed have to treat toddler boys like puppies... take them out for fresh air and exercise every day and feed them well. Guessing this applies to girls too but the analogy made me smile.

Put a wet wipe over his willy when changing his nappy. They like to wee the second the nappy's off and they have a long range...

Aww, lovely news, congratulations! Definitely what previous posters have said about boys being like puppies, lots of exercise necessary! But then when he's all worn out at the end of the day you'll get lots of cuddles too, which is fab!

Aww, that's lovely news! Watch out for the fountain effect, hence the wet wipe on the willy, and don't be shocked when you take the nappy off to find your baby boy sporting a stiffy!

Omg this is cracking me up! Haha I will note the wet wipe tip and love the puppy analogy! I'm so excited. I had a feeling he was a boy in the beginning but had been leaning towards girl and yesterday I woke up convinced it was a girl so when she said 'can you tell?' And H said 'it's a boy!' I was a bit shocked and cried! Happily of course! I'm getting emotional now actually haha!

Can't believe it. I am finding it hard to believe I'm even here let alone know that he's a he! And he was wiggling around. I can feel him moving. It's amazing. I'm not a gushy person but I've never been so happy! I'm having a baby boy!

Boys are amazing! I have a bundle of craziness for a boy! He is quite cuddly too when he's not busy exploring or getting into mischief!  :-)

And Popcorn, W has recently found his too! It's so funny!

    YAY!!!

Boys are awesome (so awesome, I had 2).

Boys are so loving, both of mine are Mummy's boys.

You won't bankrupt yourself on clothes either, as there is nowhere near as much choice for boys, as there is girls.

    Team blue is awesome.

So happy to read this post. You're gonna be a Mummy, Rodders.

Lovely news! Mega congrats! F's ability to wee in his own eye is impressive! I always thought I'd want a girl hypothetically but just adore having a boy!
