Exciting thinking about the scan!
Hope your new mattress does the trick Monnie. I've not been sleeping well, either, but have no mattress to blame. I don't like the sound of stabbing pains, though.. where? Is it from sleeping poorly?

Hi everyone :)
Abc that's so exciting about your scan, I've only just had an early one and I'm counting down til my 12 week one. Know what you mean about full bladders though, I was a bit over keen and drank 2 pints.. I was in agony!
Monnie and Wispa sorry to hear you've not been sleeping. I woke up at 1am absolutely starving with a pounding headache. Finally gave in and scoffed a packet of worsits to wake up at 5am starving again! I had a huge dinner yesterday too!
Hope you all have a fab day :)

Sorry cc missed you out! Happy birthday to your dog! I'm currently stress central wondering what to do with my horse through my pregnancy, would be so much easier if she could live in my back garden! :)

Monnie, have you asked your midwife about the pain? I hope it's nothing, especially after the couple weeks you've just had!
My poor sleeping is mostly just down to the fact that Wispa has decided that since I've been pregnant, she needs to sleep practically on top of me in our bed. She has a perfectly good bed on the floor, but noooo, several times a night I wake up to her flopping herself down on my legs, or stretching out beside me. She's a 30kg BEAST.
Happy birthday to your dog, though, CC, I hope he enjoys tearing his toys apart :) And I hope he's been better behaved than Wispa has the past month!
Squirrel, the headaches sound horrible, too. Have you found anything that helps with it? My sister swears by drinking loads of water, but I'm not sure that works for everyone.

That's so sweet about your dog Wispa, we usually let our cats sleep with us but they have been fighting lately so we've been shutting them out of out room - they are not impressed!!
Good point about the water, up until last week I've been craving it from out water machine at work and been drinking loads, it seems to have subsided now so maybe my body is showing it's not happy about it!
I've got the midwife coming to my house this Friday, has anyone else had this? Also, I have a male midwife! Not sure how I feel about it, he seems like a nice guy but I've got some personal questions to ask and I'm not sure if I'll be able to!
