I couldn't find a thread so thought I'd start 1.
I've been very bad at coming on the tri thread recently. Getting into a bad habit of coming downstairs with my daughter when she wakes me up in the morning then falling asleep on the sofa. Yes, still tired! I do try & read the threads but that tends to be quite late. Not much going on here. I 'think' I've felt a bit of bubbles & like my tummy moving like on a rollercoaster which is what I remember from last time but then I thought that a few weeks ago so will have to wait & see when I actually feel proper movement. 2 weeks till my scan, so getting there. Also the other lady at my work who's pregnant (due in 2 weeks) has now gone on ML so I almost feel I can be properly pregnant at work iyswim!
Hi to anyone who follows x

I've been rubbish at getting on the tri threads too. Lovely that your starting to feel baby. Not long until your scan and you find out if your gender swaying has worked!
AFM - So far a pretty uneventful pregnancy. Which I shouldn't complain about and long may it continue! I'm still walking or cycling the couple of miles to work and back each day, hips and pelvis holding up well, babies both following the 50th percentile, iron levels still on the high end of normal (touches anything wooden do it doesn't all go pear shaped!). We have another growth scan tomorrow which will be the babies' 11th scan. Haha!

BK - Not long til the scan now! There is a lady at my work also pregnant and I'm secretly loving the fact she's not there much longer (finishes 16th June) so I can take over 'the pregnant one' role as I feel a bit in her shadow at the moment (silly I know!!)
Ducky - So pleased how well pregnancy is going for you! Especially as you've got twins in there - very impressive!!
AFM - Wednesdays is my day off so I've not been up to much... had a lie in for the first time in aaaaages which was lovely. Done a bit of washing and now debating whether to paint a wall in the nursery or not. I've a week booked off in July to get the finishing bits done but who knows if I'll be in any mood for it then!!

Bk Not long until your scan! I hope it is baby that you can feel. I wish the pregnant lady at my work was leaving soon but she's only 4 weeks ahead of me!
Ducky the twins will be so used to posing for photos! Sounds like you are doing great. Long may it continue!
PS how lovely to have a lie in. I hope you haven't painted the wall and relaxed instead.
Well I'm quite tired today after having a late night last night, but I'm 19 weeks today and only 1 week til scan so I'm on the countdown for that. It can't come quick enough!

Hi all, I've been terrible about getting on here; so busy with work, so please accept my apologies.,
Not long til your scan blackkat, I'm sure movement will become more pronounced soon. I hope the tiredness eases.
Ducky-so glad all is going well, I'm impressed at your exercise, I've had to stop running as I'm too tired and climbing as I'm too fat! Fingers crossed the 'boring' pregnancy continues.
What colour are you planning for nursery PS? Do you need to do a lot of work on the room?
Bunny- one week to scan, how exciting. The 20 week scan is great as you see do much, I was amazed at the details of spine, hands etc.
afm- busy busy at work, and we have builders in, I'm hoping they finish this week as I hate the mess, hate having to live with furniture everywhere and just want to start painting our nursery and bedroom! But I suspect I have to be patient for a while longer as we still have plastering and tiling and plumbing to do!

Hi ladies, having started that post I just had a 3 hour nap, whoops!!
Ducky: The walking/cycling to work is very impressive. Must be lovely to see your babies so often. & yes, not long to see if my crazy dieting did anything!!
PS: Glad I'm not the only one with wanting to be the pregnant one! bet you enjoyed your lie in. Hope you've enjoyed your day off
Bunny: Your scan is so close, how exciting, hope you catch up on sleep tonight
Raincloud: Must be a pain having the builders in, hope they're not around too much longer. Then you can get started on your nursery
AFM: My hubby phoned me (on the landline) just before I had to nap to ask me where my mobile was, I checked my pocket (I'm constantly leaving it in the car) & it turns out that I must've dropped it in the park after swimming this morning & someone had rung him to say that they were leaving the phone at the swimming pool! So glad I had him stored as my ICE (In case of emergency number). Although when I phoned the pool to ask if they had it they asked all sorts of complicated questions like what make it was & what the screen saver was? No idea, it's just an old phone!! Too tired to go & pick it up now but I'm sure hubby will know what kind of phone it is!
Have a lovely evening all. I've got my Grease rehearsal tonight (I'm playing Cha cha so have quite an energetic dance routine to do) so will probably complain that I've over done it tomorrow! x

Bunny - 1 week til scan day? That has come round so fast! (although prob feels like forever for you)
Raincloud - I wish we did have builders in and then maybe the jobs that need doing would get done. My husband is so laid back and just thinks there is no rush, got things outstanding from when we moved in nearly 3yrs ago!!
Blackkat - How lovely that someone has found it and handed it in! Hope your H can remember what was on it so they'll give it back to you :)
AFM - I was naughty and did some painting after all. Only two walls out of the three that I was going to do as I was too tired and dizzy to continue. Raincloud the nursery has a bit of a jungle colour scheme going on. We've gone for things from the Scrapbook Safari range at kiddicare and tried to match the colours to it. So far my parents have wallpapered one wall in stripey paper with orange, red, blue, green and cream stripes (it's nicer than it sounds I promise!). Today I did one small section of wall bright green and another bright blue. I've got a bright orange one still to do and the final (and biggest wall) is staying magnolia (the colour the whole room was originally). It's going to be a bit of a mishmash and really bright but hopefully it'll look good when it's all finished!
