All is well with me. However, what with nightmares, muscle cramps, hayfever and insomnia making up my night times I am getting to the point of debating phoning in sick as i can only sleep a few hrs a night and it is starting to catch up with me, and concerned about driving etc. Hope you 're all good. 2 weeks to next scan. Can I ask when did you start buying things? Was tempted by all these sales but it still feels early.

Rio if you feel you need to phone in sick, do! You've got to put yourself first. Its up to you when you buy things, both times we waited until after the 20 week scan to buy anything but I know that lots don't, I think its just personal preference really. This time although we waited until after the scan I bought quite a lot of the things that we needed within a week!
27 weeks today! Will go to 3rd tri at the end of the week I think. Got my 28 week bloods today and lots of work to try and squeeze in to the rest of the week so need to crack on today!

Rio, that sounds really miserable for you. As bunny said, if you need to phone in sick do. I didn't really start buying things until after the 20 week scan as it felt a little early but do what feels right for you. Especially if there's an offer you might miss out on!
Bunny - 27 weeks! Hope the blood test goes okay today, I have my appoinment next week.
AFM, didn't make it back on yesterday as had a really busy day. We enjoyed the end of term playgroup party, had a successf shoe shopping trip for F and then a nice catch up with friends in the afternoon. Then last night I started aquayoga classes. I'd forgotten just how relaxing it is! Felt sleepy when I got home and I think I could sleep all day today! Baby was very active when I got I to bed. Today F is at nursery so I'll be trying to do housework in this heat. This afternoon someone is coming to fix our boiler. All go here!

Rio - We bought something after each scan or appt. Only small things, we left the big things until recently. Sounds like you need some sleep!! If you don't think you can gonto work, its best to call in xx
Bunny - 27 Weeks!! How did we get here already?! Our pregnancies seem to be flying past! I hope you have a productive week xxx
WG - Pleased that you had a good day yesterday. Did the cakes go down well? Aquanatel sounds fun! There isn't anywhere near me that does it which is a shame!
AFM - Back to work today, I feel so tired! I could sleep all day :( Only a few more days to go then i have the weekend off! Baby wiggling away nicely ans responding to touch most of the time. H loves it!
Hi to all that follow, have a good day xxx
Rio - I hope you manage to get some rest! xxx

Rio - glad you've rang in sick, try and get some rest. You're growing a baby and you've got to be looking after both of you. Whenever you feel ready, we've already started buying things as I don't want it to reach Christmas season and have to sort out money for Christmas and baby then too. We have been living off H's salary since before M was born, I was only working as supply and didn't work enough hours/weeks to be entitled to any maternity allowance, so we always buy things while there are the sales on and going through Quidco to get any bonus back.
Bunny - hope the bloods go well today. I can't believe you're that far along already.
WG - sounds like you had a good day yesterday and another busy one today.
Boo - yay to baby wriggling around especially with H able to get involved. Mine can't wait to reach that stage again.
AFM - not much to report baby wise. After the pram drama of the tandem not fitting ours, we decided to rebuy the chassis so the tandem will fit and then just sell our current one on. That's due to arrive tomorrow. Today is mainly going to spent looking for some exciting fabric/paper to cover the chest of drawers in.

Rio - I'm glad you phoned in sick. Hopefully you're tucked up in bed or on the sofa resting.
Boo - the cakes went down a treat yesterday. I've managed to have some left over too so they're currently in the fridge tempting me... Great news about baby wiggling loads.
Sapphire - how is the fabric/paper hunt going?
Well, I'm pooped now after doing housework in this heat. It's clouded over out there but still feels really muggy. F went off at nursery really well so I'm happy considering he's been away for 2 week.

WG - it's the mugginess that I find the worst. The hunt hasn't gone too well, feel knackered so I've ended up having a massive nap instead. But I got my letter for my scan this morning - 15th Aug, so just over 4 weeks until we see baby again. :)

I agree about the mugginess Sapphire. I've found today quite hard, my feet feel like they're on fire. A massive nap sounds great though. Not long until scan!
My Mamas & Papas and Kiddicare goodies have arrived :-)
