Couldn't see a thread so thought I'd start 1.
Firstly a huge congratulations to Weather Girl on the very surprise arrival of her baby girl at 35 weeks, hope all is going well & you're getting over the shock of her early arrival!! x x
I went to my 34 week mw appointment to discover they didn't have me written down so had to wait 20 mins to be squeezed in (not too bad I suppose). My bp was quite high but then remeasured at the end & it was fine then!! My old mw had retired but this new mw is lovely & let Isobelle help her measure the bump & turn on the monitor. Isobelle usually hates it but she's getting more & more happy about the baby & smiled to be involved. She requests to put 'special cream on baby pumpkin' every day. The mw was very supportive of my hb which I'm relieved about & I asked her lots of questions about it to see what her stand on inductions & such like are & she seemed more than happy to say that if I get to 42 week then daily monitoring will be fine as long as all is well which is great (but hopefully he'll come before that!). The only issue was that, according to the fundal measurement he is currently on the 90th centile!!! & she said if he goes too far above it I might have to have a growth scan! I don't remember what Isobelle measured pre birth but she was born 4 days late weighing 6lb 10 & has stayed between 9th-25th centiles so this really would be a surprise.
Hope everyone is well x x

Congratulations to WG!
BK - glad you've got a supportive MW and that I is taking an interest now. No idea about the fundal measurements but I hope they stay the way you want.
AFM - nothing much to report. Had a crap night's sleep thanks to O and L, plus I've got my GTT tomorrow so I'm hoping for a good night tonight.

Did I miss weather girls ba?

I don't think she has a pp but I'm friends with her on fb. Her waters went 2 days ago so she went into to be monitored & had her overnight. I think she's been a bit busy to post a BA & I didn't think it was my place (I got her permission to write it on here). So another eager MD baby. I'm only 1 week behind her so today I started packing my bags just in case!!

I've only got 2 more weeks at work to go, what about you MrsL? Can't believe how close we are to the end now, although I now have the feeling he's gonna keep me waiting till at least 41 weeks (in time for halloween!!)

I've got 4 weeks left on Monday, so will be 37+3 when I finish. Can't wait for a break now and to have time to myself to get last bits sorted. I have to admit i always assumed first babies are late but hearing more and more early babies now which is slightly scarey. Hope he's here before 9th nov as it's H 30th birthday. I'm due 31st October so we will see! Xx
