Sounds like everything is on the up AR!!!
Afm I slept! Haha I slept all frigging night, I'm so happy today!
I haven't felt pregnant the last few days though which I know is normal but still worries you a bit doesn't it?

AR, enjoy last teaching day of the year. Glad you are feeling better x
Monnie, yay fot sleep! Its amazing how much better it makes you feel
AFM, no work today, it's the anniversary of my dad's death so I'm going to my mum's to spend the day with her once I've dropped M at nursery. Pregnancy wise nothing really to report, baby is wiggling again, all fine apart from a bit of tiredness.
Hope everyone else is well x
Hey AR, hope you're feeling better? Girl in my office was poorly, now she sounds dreadful but swears she feels fine, hopefully you're shifting it. And good news re last day of work!
Monnie - I had a few weeks where I could almost forget I was pregnant. On the one hand it did worry me but on the other I was loving it! There's enough rough bits, lol, so try to enjoy the smoother periods! Hoping tonight is another good night for you.
AFM - just the same, but I think my resilience is lower now, being pregnant. My two lovely men and my cute dog were in the hallway waiting to greet me last night when I got in and I was just in floods of tears. Had the showdown with my colleague who was incredibly unprofessional, and the work is just piling on me more. I normally get (even more) feisty in these situations, and up my game, but instead I'm just tired, lol. Started logging my extra hours for first time since I've been there as thought the odd day off in the new year wouldn't hurt me at all and don't see why I should work harder than every other person in the building!! Hubby and son are both off work this weekend (first time since August) so we're having some super-lazy family time. I can't WAIT!!
Hello to all who follow!! x

AR - glad you're feeling better. Jealous that you're almost done with work for Christmas, I still have 9 1/2 days to go.
Weekender - hope today is ok and you have a nice day with your mum.
Monnie - I was the same from about weeks 14-18, over the excitement of the 12 week scan, and the 20 week felt ages away and I didn't really feel any different, just a bit podgier! Make the most of it though
Counter - glad you have no work planned this weekend. You deserve a break! Hope your nasty colleague has been out in his place!
As for me, survived the Christmas party last night. Kind of looking forward to getting into work this morning to hear the gossip as I left pretty early. Still didn't get home till midnight though so not exactly an early night. We always have a hungover McDonalds breakfast at work but feel like I can't really partake in that if I'm not hungover!
Pregnancy wise...24 weeks today! So glad to have reached this point! Woke up this morning to little one wriggling away which was lovely so am now running a bit late as I just wanted to enjoy it.
Hi to all who follow x

AR- Do you do fun things as its just before xmas? Glad your feeling a bit better.
Moniie- I haven't really felt pregnant all the way through! Apart from feeling the kicks. Glad you had a good sleep, makes all the difference!
Weekender- Hope today is ok for you and your mum.
Counter- Definately a good idea to log your hours. What happened with your collegeue? Did I miss an update? Sorry he is a being a pain in the ar5e!
Flossy- Yay to 24 weeks! lad you enjoyed last night, atleast they wont have any emberaressing drunken stories on you!
AFM- Had dentist this morning, nice little perk getting that for free. Geting lots of kicks which I love :) Tried a pregnancy yoga dvd last night but couldnt get into it really, made me ache in my tummy a bit. So I stopped and ate bakewell tart instead!

AR - Glad you're picking up, you should be fighting fit in time for Christmas
Monnie - I bet you feel so much better for the sleep! I can't function when I'm tired!
Weekender - Hope today is ok for you and your mum
Counter - you are absolutely right to log your hours, you'll be grateful for the time off
Flossy - 24 weeks, great stuff! Have the Maccy D's anyway and say baby needed it!
Bertie - I was thinking about getting a DVD to do at home but I know that it will be added to the pile of other faddy exercise DVDs I've collected! Hope the bakewell helped you get over it ;-)
AFM - still nothing to report pregnancy wise. Last night I ate pancakes for tea, savoury ones with onion gravy for main and then some with squeezed orrange for dessert. Disgraceful really. Hi to everyone else!

VonTrapp- That has made me want pancakes...yum. I am the same with workout dvds, I remebered last night that I got the 30 day shred for before the wedding, did it twice! Glad your getting on ok.
11/12/2013 at 11:33
Bertie, that's awesome!! My marathon this weekend is a target of 3 Christmas movies, cheese and crackers and a mince pie. :D
I got one of those DVDs months ago. No clue where it is.
11/12/2013 at 11:45
Counter- Which movies are you going for? I watched home alone Sunday, next on my list is The Grinch and Elf.
11/12/2013 at 11:49
I got the 30-day shred before my wedding too. I think I did it twice and couldn't walk for a week!
I'm starting yoga on the 9th Jan...I keep saying I'm going to but this time I really am going to go!
11/12/2013 at 12:07
AR - Glad you're feeling better
Monnie- I had patches when the nausea eased and I felt not pregnant, I think most people experience it, but you're right I panicked too. I'm sure you'll get those feelings back soon
WE- Hope you manage to have a nice day with your Mum, where you remember your Dad x
Counter- Enjoy your weekend of peace, have you made your mind up re work?
Flossy- Glad you enjoyed your party
Bertie- Bakewell Tart over Yoga sounds great to me lol
VT- Are pancakes a craving?
AFM- Nausea is all but gone YIPEE!! No real twinges last night so slept well, and if you read my other post yesterday about discharge, I'm off to see the midwife this afternoon to see if I can get to the bottom of it x

Bertie, I did a quick poll on my FB and the recommendations mean it's Miracle on 34th St (original), White Christmas (from '54), and third to be decided :)
Flossy, I shredded daily for 2.5 months before my wedding and got up to level 3 so although I am quite a big bird I got good at it. I got so I felt restless and grumpy if I missed more than one day. My men did it with me occasionally and I crucified them. But... if we'd gone running they'd have totally shown me up!

That's really impressive Counter! I had really good intentions but because I got married in March by the time Christmas was out of the way there was so much going on it never became routine (terrible excuse I know!). Maybe if I'd had company it would have helped but I don't think there's enough room in our little lounge for both of us to be jumping around!
We watch National Lampoon's Christmas every year, it's our little family tradition.

Ooh that's a good one to add to the list, not sure I've ever sat and watched it properly (one of those on-in-background). Think hubby might even have it on DVD, thanks! :)
