Hope we're all well. I'm assuming Mrs H is too busy enjoying newborn cuddles, unless I've missed an update?
AFM - am exhausted. Two late nights in a row, not doing anything too exciting, last night was me and H huddled round the laptop booking £1000 of CenterParcs activities for our new years trip for my birthday. I'm paranoid we've missed people off of the activities they said, but hopefully it'll all work out when we go in 6 months. It's a bit weird thinking baby will be with us then and trying not to book too long away from her in case she is a bottle refuser!
Back to work today, i'm only doing one week of working alternate days rather than 3 in a row and I really don't like it, it makes the week feel really long! Meant to be on a presentation course this afternoon but I'm so busy, I'm going to see if any colleagues want to swap and go on it for me.

BG, you beat me to it by a minute again! Hope you can get someone to swap the course with you and get back to a normal week next week. Center Parcs sounds like a lot of fun!
Have C+P my post here:
Morning all, hope MrsH is enjoying baby cuddles by now.
We've got a lovely day planned today, swimming this morning then meeting Rusty, Workinghard and Hepburn for a picnic and a play in the park. Looking forward to a nice relaxed day and some baby cuddles! Baby has been really active over the last day or so, which is nice but some of the movements are really starting to take my breath away now.

Ooh lots of lovely babies for you to cuddle today, have fun!
Just realised I have my first Lazy Daisy class tonight so I'm not even going to get an early night tonight. It's being run by my lovely friend, and she's doing a private class for me and our other NCT pal who is due 2 weeks before me. I'm looking forward to it but a bit apprehensive it'll be too hippy for me. Shall report back tomorrow.

Morning! Rudely awoken by our roofers today, last thing to get sorted before Bean arrives!
BG - CentreParcs sounds great, I've always wanted to go but never got round to it. Hope work doesnt drag too much.
M - Sounds like a lovely day you have planned. And all those cuddles!
AFM - 37 weeks today!! Spending the morning with my sister shes taking me for breakfast, then collecting niece and nephew from nursery and spending the afternoon with them. Bean is busy wiggling their bum alot at the moment!!

I am very grumpy today. J woke up at half 1 and had a battle til half 4 to keep him in his own bed. Shattered :-( my poor H then had to get up at 5 for work. I have the car today so luckily can go out somewhere, otherwise today would be horrific if we were stuck in the house.
BG - centre parcs sounds great. Let us know how the class goes
Margot - your day sounds lovely, lots of newborns to cuddle. Have fun!

BG, your centerparcs trip sounds brilliant, i went a few weeks ago and loved it!
margot, ooh lovely, a picnic!
PC, 37 weeks, you're now considered "term" well done!
Ally, will you be able to fit in a nap today?
AFM - baby is poking me all over the place this morning. I'm hoping that means it's no longer breech. I wish there was a way i could tell!!
03/07/2013 at 09:26
Pombear - not a chance of a nap unfortunately, my H is at work til 7 :-(
Hope your baby has changed position!

Good morning ladies,
Bridget – sounds like you have an exciting birthday planned at CenterParcs, what kind of activities are you planning on?
Margot – enjoy your picnic today, I hope the sun shines for you all. And enjoy the baby cuddles!
Porkchop - yay for reaching 37 weeks – look at you reaching term! Have a brilliant day.
Ally – oh no, doesn’t sound a good night. Hope you manage a restful day (as can be expected!)
Pombear – fingers crossed baby has turned itself around if you’re feeling it all over the place now.
AFM – a successful shopping trip last night, ended up buying a nightie to give birth in (£4 for 2 nighties in Asda in the sale, so not like I’ve wasted money – especially as I’ll give one to my mum. Lol) so I don’t have to ruin H’s t-shirt which I’ve been wearing to bed since we first got together at uni and I can still wear it after. So we’re almost there with hospital bag, just need to finish birth plan and then when the time comes sort out nursing bras.
Feeling a bit poop this morning, my pelvis has been playing up (only on the left side) which was making turning over and getting up for the toilet painful in the night. Baby has been going crazy and I realised yesterday afternoon that the BH are definitely becoming more often (for me to realise anyway!).

Ally-hope your mood improves, getting out and about will help hopefully
PB- hope that means baby has moved for you
Sapphire-good that your hospital bag isfinished, hope your pelvis feels better today
AFM-32 weeks today, baby continues to be very wriggly. My sciatica has been so much better this week as im off work!

Sorry no personals today. Having a busy day of cleaning and organising bits. Was being sick all day yesterday. Not sure what that was about but no sign of it today. D now understands where Daddy is. "working with the boys. No girls".
Bought some bits for hospital bag. Just need ziplock bags to seperate it all and make it easy for H to find it. As he's not here to help pack it x

Afternoon ladies! Sorry, going to be rude today and pass on the personals. Last week at work and got lots of ends to tie up.
Had midwife yesterday and all is good with baby. He's not yet engaged and she said if he doesn't, it'll just take stronger contractions!!! Nothing like scaring a first time mum! Blood pressure was also the lowest it's been yet which explains why I've been feeling quite dizzy recently.
Today I've been at a physio appointment for pelvic pains (which ironically have been better since booking the appt). Was really helpful though and she gave me lots of exercises to do. Freaked her out a little when he started kicking around in there - she seemed mesmerised by my bump moving around!
Hope we see a BA from MrsH soon!

Can't remember who asked but Lazy Daisy is a combination of antenatal classes and yoga, I'm thinking it's mainly breathing techniques etc for labour, but hopefully will find out more tonight!
Managed to get off of the presentation course, woo hoo!

Hi all! Waaaaaay too tired to do personals today, sorry.
Woke up at 4:30 am for NO GOOD REASON and couldn't really get back to sleep. Had a quick 30min nap after dropping son at nursery but am currently knackerred and so is son. Waiting for hubby to finish writing a presentation and then we are off to Mums for rest of the day. Son will sleep in car and sofa when we get there. And so will I!
Baby news : I have my whooping cough jab booked for weds next week. Rubbish nether MW nor Docs had ever mentioned it to me, but at least it's sorted now.
Lastly. We found a house, put in an offer and it's been accepted! Sellers now to find a place themselves, but as we are renting right now, we shouldn't be in too much of a chain? I hope! House is lovely. Needs a conservatory as downstairs quite small, but that's ok and in budget. Everything else at house is done - new en suite and UPC last year, new (6k!) kitchen 2 years ago. Even carpets/laminate floors don't need replacing. Yey!
Off to find some matchsticks formy eyes. Meh. I hope I'm not this tired when newborn keeps me up!

Hi All - late again! Hope we've all had a good day and are not too tired (IDC) or in pain! I had routine MW this morning, nothing to report. Measuring spot on for dates and everything else fine. She said he was a very chilled out baby :) Have my glucose test and whooping cough next week, no-one told me about the jab either - I heard an advert for it on the radio of all things. She wouldn't feel his position, he was breech at the 20 week scan so my next appointment is in 4 weeks when they'll start to monitor it.
I've started reading my hypnobirthing book again, it's amazing how much I had forgotten! I want to listen to the affirmations more but I find myself talking along with a weird American accent. Not taking it seriously at all! I am so going to regret that in 3 months time....
On a slightly unrelated note, did anyone watch/listen to the Murray match? I was listening to it in the car taking the girls to swimming and then I missed the last game taking them in and when I got back in the car and heard Murray had won I nearly cried. Damn hormones!!
