I couldn't see another thread, how is everyone?
Got a busy day today, need to clean our tip of a house whilst the boy is in preschool then it's his last induction session at big school then I need to go shopping but have to go to another town to go to the bank to withdraw money seeing as they cancelled my card, what a pain! Pregnancy nothing to report, still tired!

Isis, that's annoying about your card but aww for the last 'big school' induction!!
Not much to report here, I'm off work this week and haven't got much planned so just pottering around the house annoying my H (he works from home). Seeing friends later today and will be telling them our news which is exciting. Otherwise just feeling tired but that's par for the course at the moment!

It was a nightmare, oly found out it had been cancelled when trying to pay for my food in a cafe yesterday! Glad you're having a relaxing week :)

Isis - That is a pain! I'm still tired too... it will get better soon though hopefully.
Rose - Exciting about telling your friends. I can't wait until I can tell people.
AFM I'm in my so called 'fat trousers' and can't do them up :( So glad that I finish work for 2 weeks on Friday!

Hi ladies. Quick one from me as H is off and we are tidying up the house and mucking out the rabbits.
Scan at 2.30, I feel really nervous. Had a horrible dream last night.
Hope you are all well x

Card situation sounds a nightmare isis, fingers crossed you get a new 1 nice and quick. And how cute for big school induction has he got a little uniform to wear?
Rose, very jealous of your time off and have fun telling friends later are you doing it in a creative way or just going to tell?
Mrs V, hope your 2 weeks fly by.
5+1 here and having spent the last fortnight wishing for symptoms I feel sick as a dog today and am.now wishing for no symptoms. Had the most unbelievable rain here yesterday but it doesnt seem to have cleared the air so its really muggy which isnt helping. Enough complaining from me.
Happy hump day everyone.

Sorry OB missed you there will keep everything crossed for your scan xx
24/07/2013 at 12:35
OB, good luck for the scan!
Pp, he's got his school uniform but he won't be wearing that today, they're only there for 45 mins! Starts properly on 10th September. Hope the sickness pass, I know what you mean about wishing for symptoms then wishing them away.

Isis I'm traumatised for you!! I hate bank related issues - it just causes such a stress!! Hope it gets sorted pronto!
Rose have a fabulous day and enjoy seeing your friends!
Mrs V - are you doing anything nice when you finish up? Can't believe the bump on you already!
OB - I'll be thinking about today. Be sure to update us later
PP - poor you :( the nausea is horrible. Hope its not too bad!
Not much up update here. Still feeling good after the scan yesterday and defo feeling more positive! I have a wedding cake to do this week for Saturday (while working full time) so its a busy week!)
24/07/2013 at 13:11
Isis - I think I'm going to have to dig out my mat clothes soon. Hopefully people won't recognise them from last time!!
OB - Good luck to you for the scan. I've sure everything will be fine.
PP - I know its horrible if you do have symptoms and horrible if you don't - you can't win!
SP - Glad you are feeling more positive. I can't believe I'm showing either but then my stomach muscles were shot after last time so I'm not surprised. H was joking that I must be having twins!

Quickie from me as I'm at work, will come back tonight for personals, but good luck for this afternoon OB! x
Nothing much to report here, I braved doing another CBD this morning which showed 3+ as I'd expect so that was a little bit of comfort. Honestly feel like a drama queen but I'm so anxious about this! 22 days till reassurance scan which is FAR too long! I'm tempted to go for a private scan but at the same time I'm scared to in case they say something is wrong. Talk about denial Anyway, didn't come on to moan, hope you are all having good days and that sickness etc is to a minimum!
will try to sneak on later this afternoon to see if there's any update from you OB xx

Isis oh no about the card drama - banks are such a pain. Hope the little one enjoyed his session!
Rose enjoy your pottering week - very jealous. Definitely feeling the tiredness could have a little nap at my desk.
Mrs V just remember you're not fat you're pregnant! No harm in cracking out the Mat pants if anyone is rude enough to comment just say you ate a load of cake!
OB look forward to hearing from you later, massive vibes and lots of hand holding until you get there xxx
PP that was me yesterday! Hope you feel better soon but it is a good sign.
SP glad you're still feeling positive - and what a busy week hopefully it will fly by.
Weekender the CBD is good news but it's no wonder it isn't a comfort - 22 days will hopefully fly but if you would feel better with a scan book one in - mines on the 9th Augsut if you want to be scan buddies!
AFM feeling much better today which is a bit disconcerting. Still a bit bloated and tired but the nausea seems to have gone. I spoke to the midwife and I'm booking in next wednesday, it's not until 11:00am which means an actual lie in woo hoo. Trying to keep as positive as possible and telling myself what will be will be but looking forward to early scan in 2 weeks and 2 days ...
24/07/2013 at 13:56
Have you had a scan yet Mrs V?? Could there be 2??
Weekender - you're not moaning. Those are perfectly normal fears. In fact I had the exact same feeling i.e. ignorance is bliss! However having seen my little heartbeat now I can promise you that an early scan is massively reassuring!
Grif - I've hardly had any symptoms at all since my BFP and those I have had (some boob pain and some nausea) have fluctated on a daily basis. Don't eat yourself with worry about it. As a friend told me when I was fretting - worrying won't change the outcome but it'll make life miserable in between times. that was a turning point for me and I decided I would be positive from that point! Sounds like you are doing a good job of keeping on top of any anxiety though. My booking isn't till 10-11 weeks - amazing how different it is all over the country! Not long till your early scan at all!

Isis - Hope big school induction went well.
Rose - Enjoy your week off and telling your friends. I can't wait to start telling people.
Mrs V - I'm bursting out of my work trousers at the moment but mine definitely isn't bump yet.
OB - Hope your scan goes well.
PP - Sorry about the sickness but it's a good sign.
SP - Great news about the scan yesterday. Good luck with the baking.
Weekender - Don't worry, I feel like all I do at the moment is worry and moan. I am firmly in the denial camp and won't know anything until my 12 weeks scan.
Grif - Symptoms come and go so try not to worry. I've hardly had anything but as I can't control what will happen I'm a little grateful that I've at least escaped sickness.
AFM, really not much to report at all. At work today and on my own in the office so I might leave early and have a nap. I'm wrecked. H is working from home today too so I can pester him.
Hope everyone is well.

Thanks SP - that is a very good way of looking at things! It is stange how different things are, it was originally going to be the week after next but then the midwife goes on hols so wanted to get it in before then. Hope it goes well when you see her.
Definitely get yourself gone and for a nap LD make sure H looks after you xxx
