Thoght I would start a thread for the first time in a while!
Blackkat - just going for a very very light cream in the nursery. The room was only recently full redecorated before we knew I was pregnant. We know we're having a boy but figured we'd stay neutral anyway and get some wall sticker or something (haven't decided which ones!). can't believe you're in single figures!
TRF - oh we haven't finished everything haha! Still have a brand new bathroom and kitchen to go at some point lol but not for a long time! As for nursery we just need to finish front room (will be done on Saturday - hurrah!) so the nursery is empty and then we just need to buy furniture. So another trip to Ikea at some point! Hurrah for me lol
AFM - had midwife appt yesterday which was ok. Junior is fine and was kicking away. Apparently I'm measuring 1 week behind but she said 3cm either way is fine so nothing to worry about. My bloods were fine on the whole except that my ferritin is stupidly low so need to fix that. I do not get on well with iron tablets because of my nausea so that will be fun! Also got results of GD test and that was all good too so one less thing to worry about! If anyone has some iron suggestions I'd be grateful!
Have a great day!

Morning jj, I hadn't realised ud more to do, at least you are making progress.
Re iron, can't you take ferrous sulphate? I akways think a tablet is better just to swallow over rather than a drink like spatone etc?
Mw for me today, still having weekly appts due to headaches and blurred vision. Our builders remain here, I honestly have a feeling they will be at the birth and helping with childcare as they are now part of the family , L starts beavers tonight which he's excited about, other than that not much happening tbh. I mentioned I needed a newborn cardi for baby and my Aunty has knitted me 5 , all in newborn size!!! But at least it wasn't a headband that my mum keeps sending down

JJ glad the mw appointment went well, sounds like you are getting sorted
RF you made me laugh about the builders, pleased they get on with the family though it makes a diff if they're there a lot!
AFM had a very busy first day of Mat leave in the end! Was in bed by 10 Last night and awake at 7! Meeting my mum at lunch later and out with some old friends for Pizza tonight. Hoping for a chilled day tomorrow though!

TRF - unfortunately ferrous sulphate makes me very nauseous and sick, which combine with the hyperemesis just wasn't a good mix!

Completely forgot to post on here (keep forgetting lots of things at the moment & this morning I tried to tidy the breakfast things away in the downstairs bathroom opposite the kitchen by mistake)
JJ: We found out last time that we were having a girl but I went with a neutral chocolate brown & cream teddy theme without any pink. So it'll work this time for a boy as well! Glad that everything is going well, I replied to your thread about iron tablets yesterday so my only suggestion is to add the spatone to something other than fruit juice. Hope you're able to up your levels
RF: Glad to hear you're still being monitored, hope the headaches don't run all the way through your pregnancy. & I'm sorry but I can't believe you're still getting headbands. I, on 1 of my brave days, told my mil that my son won't be wearing shoes until he was walking when she presented us with some tiny shoes (despite me doing the same with Isobelle) & no shoes have appeared since. Hope L enjoys beavers tonight
MrsL: enjoy a more chilled out day tomorrow.
AFM: Had a nice time at swimming but just want to sleep all the time! Have a few friends coming round tomorrow, 1 with a newborn. Should be fun.
