Morning pep, how are you feeling today?
Fig- all the luck in the world, and all my vibes being sent your way.
I'm feeling a bit nauseous today but not too bad. Off out for a walk in the sunshine today, and probably a nice lunch somewhere. I hope I can manage it.

Morning ladies. Can I join in these threads? I'm not too early?
Hi Pep - how you doing?
Imp - walk in the sunshine and lunch out sounds lovely.
As for me, slowly chalking off the days until first scan. Boobies starting to feel a little sensitive/painful and looking forward to a nice, relaxing weekend.

Morning! Feeling quite good today! Was in bed early last night after bringing up all of my dinner... lovely! I think my sickness comes in the morning, goes when I eat dry food, then normally surfaces again around 4/5pm and stays then. Thats what the pattern seems to have been this week anyway. We are having our beautiful baby niece today and off to do some shopping, so looking forward to that. 1 week till my early scan! Eeek.
Imp - Know the feeling RE hoping you can manage it! Good luck :) Enjoy! Sounds lovely. Fresh air really helps I think.
Ceejay - Welcome! Of course not, its up to you when you join in! How far are you now? Have you booked an early scan? I think I seen your post actually - your having it around the 8 week mark aren't you? My symptoms at the beginning were just sore bbs too. I kept reading 'at 6 weeks morning sickness starts on average' - slap bang, 6 weeks, morning sickness properly started!
30/11/2013 at 11:22
Fig - everything crossed for your scan
Imp - sounds like a lovely relaxing weekend
Ceejay - never too early, always welcome!
Pep -hope you're well
AFM - I threw up this morning. Which was fun. I have a cold/sore throat so drank a lot of water and then for some reason that made me barf - first time in the whole pregnancy being physically sick and I'm so happy I've only had nausea until now. Went to pharmacy and I'm only allowed strepsils so having a duvet day and hoping tomorrow I'm better.

Welcome to cj- jump in as you feel you want to. There's no rules around here.
Pep- glad you're feeling ok at the mo. Enjoy having your niece.
Ww- sorry you've thrown up. I hope it's a one off and that's the last of it. Wrap yourself up and get h to look after you, I hope you feel better soon.
30/11/2013 at 11:29
Monday is the start of my sixth week and got scan booked for 21st dec which will be just under 9 weeks.
WW - hope you start to feel better and duvet day sounds like just what you need.
How far along is everyone?
30/11/2013 at 11:34
Fig - all the best of luck with your scan, fingers crossed, thinking of you :)
Imp - I love the day you have planned, hope you manage to have something lovely for your lunch
CJ - hello and welcome, a lot of us have had early scans, it seems to take ages before it comes round then the nerves kick in, fingers crossed everything is as it should be
Pep - I hope you manage to keep some food down today. Have fun with your niece and shopping
Ww - sorry to hear you are still rough, have tons of rest
AFM - got a headache today and using Bonjela for the ulcer on my tongue. Out for a meal tonight with my folks and sis and her H. Looking forward to it, been a while since we've eaten out :) Not long til our scan on Monday, trying not to get worried!
30/11/2013 at 13:38
CJ I'm 8 weeks now, got my next scan on the 19th of December. The hospital think I'll be 11 weeks but I'll be just under that I think.
Leelee- I hope your headache goes soon. Have you tried salt water for your ulcer?
30/11/2013 at 15:10
Figaroooo, where are you? What time was the scan? We need an update! I've been thinking positive thoughts for you :)
Imp and pep, glad you're both feeling good today. WW, sorry you're not :(. Hopefully the duvet day does you good.
Leelee, everyone gets a little worried right before a scan. We will all be hopping for the best for you. Sorry to hear you're still suffering with the ulcer, but glad you're able to use bonjela.
AFM, seems this is my last thread on first tri, Monday I'll be 13+5, which just seems ridiculous as I still don't feel pregnant. I'm being very lazy this weekend. H is walking Wispa and I'm getting plenty of rest and fluids. Still coughed all night long, but actually feeling remarkably human again, so no doctor necessary. I booked my 16-wk appt with the midwife, also feels unreal.. I feel like a bump would make it more real, you know?

I'm here! Everything is fine, we saw our little baby and saw it's little heartbeat and it was kicking a little leg and waving a little arm. Measuring 9+1, which is one day ahead of what I thought. So relieved and very very happy. Absolutely over the moon :)
30/11/2013 at 16:40
Imp, hope you had a nice walk and were able to manage a nice lunch.
Hi CJ, welcome!
Pep, glad you were feeling good this morning, hope it's lasted all day!
LeeLee, enjoy your dinner tonight! Hope your headache has gone.
Eeek Wispa, can't believe you've graduated to 2nd tri already! Hopefully I''ll see you over there soon!
Thanks so much for all of your vibes and good luck wishes this morning ladies. I was a nervous wreck by the time we got to the clinic. So relieved to see a little baby in there :)

Thanks Pep! Not long for yours now! xx
30/11/2013 at 20:02
I know! This week is going to go so very slow!
30/11/2013 at 23:02
Figaro - amazing news x
01/12/2013 at 08:52
How's everyone today?
Fig- have you come back down to earth yet?
I'm off to meet friends for coffee/brunch at 11. We're undecided about telling them our news. I know it's early but after the last two times of keeping secrets and the telling friends when it goes wrong, we're kind of thinking of just getting it out there. Not telling loads if people but just as we see them. I really don't know.
01/12/2013 at 10:11
Figaro, amazing news, so happy for you!
01/12/2013 at 11:41
Fig what an amazing up date and the pic is so clear, very happy for you :)
Wispa - hi hopefully I'll be following you in just over a week all going to plan with our scan tomorrow :)
Imp - I agree it's best to tell folk we didn't after our loss last year and everyone couldn't believe it that we didn't talk about it my mum and aunt were particularly upset, enjoy telling them your excellent news :)
AFM the meal last night wasn't the best but it was ok :) We have just got back from buying our real Christmas tree, so excited now I wanna decorate it now but it will stay in the garage in water until next weekend, excited!

Hi ladies. Happy Sunday!!!
Imp - good you're still feeling nauseous. Did you tell your friends today??
CJ - hi and congrats again. It's. It too early to join in on the tri threads. I know exactly how it feels to be counting down the days to your early scan. It's exactly what I did.
LeeLee - shame about your meal last night. Yay for scan tomorrow can't wait for the picture. Also yay for Xmas trees!!!
Wispa - glad you a feeling a better even if it's only just a little bit. Take care xx
Fig - I'm over the moon for you that your scan went well your scan picture is so awesome. Loving your new signature too.
Pep - hope you're ok lovely. Not long to wait for your scan now.
AFM - I'm feeling ok. Still a bit tired, still a bit nauseous, boobs still sore but that's about it really. I don't know what else I expect lol. It's nearly a week since my scan and the doubts are starting to set in again about whether everything is ok or not. I got nearly a week out of it so that's not too bad. On the plus side it's only 3 weeks tomorrow until my next scan so I'm just going to try and enjoy this in the meantime and cross everything that it's still ok come the 23rd. Gosh I wish I wasn't such a worrier!!!
