Morning! It's a gorgeous day here. The sun is trying to creep in around the curtains and I can hear all sorts of birds. Honestly, makes my heart soar, the thought of sunshine and spring, summer dresses and long evenings. Sigh!
Boo to your indigestion AR. So maybe curry is off the 'things to try to bring on baby' list?! Enjoy being Director of Decorating :)
I had a big to-do list last night, but felt relaxed and tired so once Harry had come in for a post-work chat at 10.30 I tucked down. This is 3 nights running of sleep. Wow. Amazing. I was losing a lot of sleep due to heartburn, I'm still getting heartburn but Baxter is pretty low so that's helping reduce it a bit. Lots of house stuff to do today while hubby sleeps after nightshift, out with hubby this evening. Should be good :)

After sleeping well for weeks I'm now tossing and turning all night - well as easily as a baby elephant can toss and turn. The dream genii is in the bed, out the bed, back in again argh! Not to worry not long now. Then H can have sleepless nights too can't complain he's getting up with M at the weekends and took her to nursery a couple of times thus week so I can stay in bed, he's a good man :)
Today's plans, stepson is getting a football medal this morning, his team were runners up in a tournament. Surprisingly his mum has agreed he can come to us for the morning so he can go to the presentation, he'll be delighted, he takes his footy very seriously. So I'll go and see him getting his medal. Then not sure about this afternoon, M wants to go to the park, we could go there and H can run around after her and ill sit on a bench
H needs to get in the garage too and find the slumber bear and other bits and pieces. I think I know where they are, fingers crossed or it could be a long afternoon for him
Baby out vibes to LD, hope things are ramping up now for you if you are not already holding your baby
AR, sorry you still aren't sleeping well, hope you get a nap later
Counter, glad sleep has improved for you and heartburn isnt so bad
Hi to everyone else x

Missed you ABC, exciting about new kitchen, when is it being fitted?
Wow! This is a quiet thread for this time!
AR - make sure you do lots of directing in painting from the comfort of your sofa.....cup of tea in hand! Enjoy baby ballet.
Counter - the sun is trying to peek through here too. Makes such a difference waking to it. Enjoy your night out with H.
AFM slept ok last night. Went to The Baby Show lat ExCel yesterday. Can't say I was overly impressed with it. Not sur if this is because I am not a first time mum or they didn't ave a good variety of stalls. I suspect the latter as the last one i went to (at I think Earls Court) was much better. Finally getting around to having my hair done today! My roots are awful! H and I are godparents at a christening tomorrow, then it is back to the school run on Monday.

LD hope you are doing great whatever stage you are at!
AR - sorry to hear about the heartburn but happy to hear you are going to be taking it easy with the decorating today!
Counter - also good you took it easy last night! What are you and H up to tonight?
ABC - good news re the kitchen! Glad you are more comfortable too.
WE - bless you SS! He'll be chuffed to bits with his medal! The weather up here is meant to be shocking this weekend. Boo!
S4 - that's rubbish re the show! Enjoy the hair pamper and the christening tomorrow!
AFM - bad night for me with insomnia and back pain :( h was up massaging my back as I hung over the fit ball at 4am. That's two bad nights in a row which must mean a good un tonight!! Not sure of plans for the weekend other than trying to get to the cinema today (anyone seen monuments men?) and we have 9 for a 3 course dinner tomorrow night as its H's son's 21st. Such an effort getting the housework and cooking done but needs must! Gone are the days of cooking everything from scratch anyway!

AR- Sorry you've got indigestion
Counter-Enjoy your evening
ABC- Good luck with the kitchen
WE- Enjoy the presentation
S4- Enjoy the hair pampering session
SP- Good luck with the cooking, is it something you enjoy? I'd be in meltdown trying to cook 3 courses for 9!
AFM- I'm currently sat trying to figure out how to make a natural disaster with my nephew for his homework. Apparently he'd like a working volcano, the problem is I'm not very artistic. My Dad's then invited himself around for tea as my Mum is going out, so he'd rather catch a bus and train and come to me rather than switch the oven on lol. I also have friends coming over with there 2 week old daughter so lots of cuddles there.
Big vibes out to LD xx

AR - Hope the BH and heartburn is better. I had it bad for a while, until I bought some gaviscon and now its completely disappeared!!
Counter - Glad you are sleeping better, try and get some rest this weekend!
abc - I hope you are getting some help with gutting your kitchen?
WE - Sounds like your H is going to be busy today! Hope you enjoy your trip to the park.
Section 4 - Enjoy the hairdressers and the christening tomorrow, lovely that you and your H are going to be godparents.
SP - I have my fingers crossed for a better nights sleep for you tonight. You are a very brave lady cooking for 9 at 38 weeks pregnant! I hope you won't have to do the washing up :)
BLL - That does sound like a challenge! Has your dad not heard of a takeaway?! Bless him.
LD - Baby out vibes (if you haven't already had baby by now!)
AFM - Went out for dinner with H last night, felt a bit like the last supper lol. Was nice to not have to cook but I was pretty tired by the end of the night. Feeling a bit more uncomfortable today baby has been attacking my ribs a lot. H is currently building a garden shed for his dad so I'm at home chilling out. Hopefully we'll get out somewhere tomorrow for a walk or something but the weather looks horrendous again.

BLL - did you manage to crack the volcano idea?! I wouldn't have a clue where to start! Hope you enjoyed the tiny baby cuddles!
Mrs V - are you feeling things might kick off on time for you?? I hope so! Weather up here horrendous. Hope its good enough for you guys to get out for your walk.
Isis - super duper baby out vibes to you!!!! You are defo next in line!
AR - really hope you get your quiet day today!!
AFM I'm so freaking bored of this insomnia. Ugh!!! *excuse the broken record* Decided to get up and read for a bit but hoping to get back off for a snooze soon. Had a v lazy day - the baby was squishing my stomach I think as I felt sick as a dog for about an hour and then after some tummy shuffling it disappeared as soon as it arrived. Strange! Sunday will mostly be cleaning and cooking for the family dinner but H will do most of the hard work to save my back. I normally love being in the kitchen but I'll be in pain if I attempt it at the mo.
Congrats again to LD - so delighted for you!!
