Bf that pool sounds amazing! Do you fill it in advance or just when contractions start? Can't help with the BH question as I never had any. My waters went first with mild period pains, then when contractions started they were every 5 minutes from the off so were obviously that! Hope someone else can answer.
I'm going to sort out the airing cupboard today which I didn't do yesterday and then make a start on the spare room. I went for the easy option yesterday and sorted out some drawers in the living room and filing instead! Its raining here as well but its a really nice temperature. Might go to the cinema tonight depending on whether h is up for it when he gets back from work.

I know I'm not technically third tri anymore but have popped in for a nosey!
Barefoot - that sounds like what my BH were like, not at all painful but bump would tighten up hard and could be a little uncomfortable, would often go away again if I got up and moved about. The contraction pains were different, and every 5mins to start, all down in my lower abdomen and more painful, had to breathe deeply each time till they went away again (I kept pacing round the bedroom which didn't make them go away like the the BH but moving was definitely easier to deal with).
Bunny - cinema sounds nice, hope your H is up for it.

Bunny, seems you're in full nesting mode! Very productive. Pool is now built and takes over half the kitchen. We are fortunate to have a very large farmhouse kitchen, so have moved the table and chairs into the dining room (which is becoming a dumping ground since it has its own table into there too!) and the kitchen is now resembling a spa! Technically we can fill and heat it anytime and it stays heated, but last month there was a public health notice about home pools and risks of legionella, so advice now is not to fill until needed. It will take a good couple of hours to fill and heat though, so first twinges, waters breaking or anything happening, we're filling it! Will get big scented pillar candles all round the room too, then we have a sound system and wall mounted TV over the pool too. Just hoping we get to use it now and baby arrives on time!
Kapowski, thanks for popping in, that's helpful. Seems it may have been BH then. Nothing so far today other than pressure in specific places which I think is more baby stretching.

The pool sounds lovely bf and it does make sense I suppose to fill it when you need it, although sounds like it might be nice just to use it to chill in! How long do you have the pool for?
Went to the cinema but boy are those chairs uncomfy after a while! Onto sorting out the spare room today. I think our sheets multiply in the airing cupboard as I found loads of fitted sheets and pillow cases that we don't need!

Morning :-). We have the pool for 4-5 weeks, and until recently they advised you could use it as a hot tub until labour started. Shame the advice has changed, but I can see it makes sense to have fresh clean water for labour. Have a good nesting day, we're off for a walk in the Cotswolds to encourage baby to engage!

Barefoot - excellent news that your pool is all set up, hopefully won't be long for you now. I'd have no idea if I was having Braxton Hicks either to be honest.
AFM - we had a good weekend by the sea, got back at lunchtime and I had to have nap, it's really exhausted me but I enjoyed being out and about as well. Officially 36 weeks today, a day of resting and pottering tomorrow!
