Morning girls hope all ok.
im working today. Boss begged yesterday if I'd do Monday instead of Tuesday as no senior cover (whilst he suns himself in Portugal ) so in my stupidity I agreed which means I'm doing fri, sat sun and mon 9.30-2230 , although Monday is all office based so I can go at my own pace and I have managed to get Tuesday off which means Iv got 4 off in a row. Eugh!
H has a huge list today lol, pick up our monitor, buy paint, take boys to football and swimming and tidy up. My only job next week when I'm off is to get up in the loft to get the boys old baby stuff down but I'm avoiding it so much as the loft is a tip .
hoping for a quiet day, its armed forces day and there's loads of parades going on (h taking the boys later), so hopefully work will be quiet
baby wise, I was having loads of movements then very few but now they are increasing again so I think its all positional, boss said yesterday 'omg ur huge' I said 'thanks for that'
take care all

Morning RF, I hope work isn't too busy for you this weekend. It'll be nice to have four days off in a row next week. Don't you just love people's comments about our size? People really do think they can say whatever they want to a pregnant woman. My FIL said to me the other week "you're putting on weight now girl". Thanks for that, really as if I didn't know!
AFM, I'm hoping my day of rest yesterday drinking honey and lemon is helping because we're off to the races for the day today. I'm still not feeling 100% but at least I got a bit of sleep last night. I have a feeling by the time we get home tonight I'm going to be beyond exhausted but no real plans for tomorrow so I can relax if needs be. Can I have lots of 'no rain today' vibes please? I have a new dress and shoes and I don't want them ruined! Baby wise all fine, still plenty of kicks. Tummy growing by the day now too.
Hi to everyone who follows x

RF hope works ok and goes quickly so you can enjoy your 4 days off next week
WG sending huge no rain vibes to you today! Hope you feel better have a good day at the races
AFM were off holiday shopping for clothes and stuff when H has finished work then hopefully a chilled night infront of the TV. We've really got into game of thrones recently so hoping to catch up on that. Have a good day all x

Rf hope that work is alright and goes quickly. 4 days off will be lovely once you get to them! That's good that baby is getting more wriggly.
WG glad you got some sleep and feeling a bit better. Rain stay away vibes being sent your way! Hope you enjoy the races.
Mrs l hope you get what you need for your holiday not long to go! We went to the in laws last night as they get game of thrones and we can't and they are away, watched 3 episodes, only 2 more to watch.
Feeling rubbish, filled with cold. Getting sleep the first half of the night, then finding it really hard to get comfy so I'm up even though I don't want to be. Baby wasn't helping last night as they decided to have a rave several times during the night! I have no idea what position they are in as I'm getting kicks or hits in all different directions! Got some household jobs to do today, but hoping once they are done I can relax. I don't think I should have gone to work yesterday really. Oh well. I also had a nursery child come up to me yesterday and ask me if I had a baby in my tummy and who's it was. Once I had explained it was mine she told me without hesitation its a boy! She's right but as we're not telling anyone I couldn't say. I think I'm going to send the other pregnant lady at work to her, see if her predictions are all correct. I saw her later on in the day and she ask me if the baby was still mine!

That's great news Mrs l. Going to try and drag myself into the shower now. I hate being ill, unfortunately I'm like a man when poorly as it doesn't happen very often!

RF - I hope work goes quickly for you, and glad that you're getting lots of movements.
WG - I'm glad you had a better night's sleep. I hope the rain holds off for you.
MrsL - I love GoT too! I hope you have a successful shopping trip. That's lovely that your H felt the baby kick.
Bunny - I hope you feel better soon and get to have a restful day. O keeps saying this baby will be a girl - I wonder if kids had pave a sixth sense, lol.
AFM - I had a rubbish night as O is poorly - I think it's hand, foot and mouth but he's only got the spots and blisters in his mouth, there nothing on his hands or feet. Anyway, we're having a relaxing day and I'm recharging my batteries as H is away on a school trip next week, and I know the kids will wear me out!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.

RF: Hope today doesn't drag on too much for you, lots of shifts but hopefully then you'll enjoy 4 days rest (I mean off work!!).
WG: How was the races, it rained here but hopefully not where you were
Mrs L: Enjoy holiday shopping! I was into GOT but then I got too confused by it all so stopped watching it but I know my hubby loves it.
Bunny: Aren't children funny!! Hope you managed to get a rest this afternoon
DS: Hope if it is hand foot & mouth it goes quickly. Isobelle had it when she was 9 months but only really on her hands.
AFM: I took the bull by the horns & started rearranging the furniture upstairs whilst my daughter & my hubby had naps. Feeling like we might be ready to paint the spare room before we go on holiday in a month. Not much else babywise. Feel a bit better but the tiredness comes & goes.
Have a good weekend all x

MrsL - I hope the clothes shopping was successful yesterday? My H is a Game of Thrones fan.
Bunny - sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish, I hope you feel better today.
DS - how is O? There seems to be so much going around at the moment, summer seems great for breeding all those germs!
BK - well done for making a start on the spare room, I think we'll crack on with ours after our holiday.
Well, we had a great day at the races. Had a storm and heavy rain at one point but it didn't really cause too much of a problem race wise, luckily we had a table in one of the restaurants all day so at least we were warm and dry. I came home with exactly the same amount of money I took with me so I suppose I didn't do too bad for a novice! Still feeling under the weather though. Today we'll probably pop and see my family and then come home to chill out on the sofa.

Bunny how are u feeling today?
DS hope O is feeling a bit better
BK well done for starting with the spare room ours is full of rubbish and stuff needing to be sold at a carboot, im going to tackle it after our holiday
WG shopping was rubbish, it took is over and hour to drive there and get parked as there was so much traffic. Then nowhere had maternity stuff. It then rained after leaving the house being boiling hot so I was in a vest and flip flops so got drenched! Ended up buying 2 cheap non maternity tops in primark and coming home! Lol. Glad you enjoyed the races x

Morning, quickie from me, eugh sinus pain overnight [woe is me!] off to do long day 3 of 4, can't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Not a lot happening baby wise.
29/06/2014 at 10:42
WG: Glad you enjoyed your day out but hope you get to relax today, especially as it looks like you were up early!
MrsL: high street shops are rubbish for maternity clothes, I remember going into a very large Asda & asked about them & they only had a few things left in the reductions as apparently there is 'no call' for maternity clothes!!! I never did understand that! Bought most of mine on ebay or from friends
RF: Only 1 more day after today to work then 4 days off!
AFM: I finally got hubby to start thinking about names (apparently it hasn't even though about it yet!!), he's not overly keen on my suggestions but did at least volunteer a few names eventually. This is gonna be a long process!!
29/06/2014 at 18:07
Oh MrsL the weather is a right pain at the moment, hope your feet didn't get too soggy! I think it's really bad that a lot of stores seem to have stopped selling mat wear in store - everything is online I guess but it can be a hassle ordering loads and having to return it all. Most of my stuff are normal clothes but a bit bigger, with the exception of leggings and a dress.
RF - I hope you're feeling better, sinusitis is the pits :-( hang on in there, nearly 4 days off!
BK - ha yes I was awake at 4:30am that seems to be my wake up time these days unfortunately. I hope your H has his thinking cap on re the names! I've got my 2 favourites now, just can't decide between the two!
29/06/2014 at 19:50
ooo bk what names are you thinking? we are sorted thankfully and now calling her it (my god im praying shes still a girl at our next scan im all paracetamol'd up so my sinus pain is slightly better, never had it before, it must be the joys of a girl pregnancy, o and vomitted all the way to work this morning, pulled over 3 times yuck! im now sipping ginger beer in the hope some sugar will help me.
roll on tuesday 14 hours of work left
