good morning all
hope all ok
mrs L i hope the wedding goes well.
im at work today (weekend 2 or 8 just keep saying its all for a good cause), have decided to just use my annual leave as and when as my trust will only buy back annual leave in april, and i dont really need to carry it over as not going back till nov 15 and have 8 weeks to use before the following march, so im just going to have a day here and there, boss was hoping i could sell it back as its better for him lol.
o and just the small matter of WE HAVE A NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so so so so chuffed, told sil andfil last night as we all went for a meal and it went down well my mums not keen but tbf i really dont care as she hasnt liked any of the names anyway and more importantly its not her baby so really her opinion counts for nothing. o and also my mum is upset with me as she bought baby a HIDEOUS hello kitty headband (think gyspy weddings) and i gasped and said 'omg have you really bought that' so shes not happy, oops!
anyway take care all
xc (18is or 19ish i really have lost track now )

Hi RF! Yay for having a name sorted and it going down well with people! Oh dear about the headband. Does it look something like this?
I hope work goes quickly for you RF.
AFM. - rubbish night's sleep as I was coughing and sneezing which was causing me to wake up. There was a verbal exchange between two drunks and H got up and started pottering about. I finally woke at 5am due to the kids waking me up at around that time all week, so my body was used to it. H had a camp out downstairs with the kids so they didn't wake me up. I might get a nap this afternoon but it's my town's carnival and O is in the procession so I have to go to that, bless him.
i hope everyone else is ok.

RF - it's a shame you can't sell your AL but I guess it might be nice to have odd days off here and there. Great news about deciding on a name, can't wait to find out later in the year! You have to flash a pic of the headband, I'm dying to know if it's like the one DS posted above lol.
DS - the carnival sounds like a nice way to spend the afternon, hope you get that nap though!
AFM I popped out to the shops early this morning before H and F were even dressed. Back home now and just pottering about getting washing done. This last half hour or so I've started to feel really uncomfortable though, towards the top of my bump and more of my tummy area I guess. Have just had to sit and put my feet up for a bit. I've just realised that after next week I'll have to miss the last two of my yoga sessions due to holiday and then it's end of term until sept! Think I'm going to have to find something else in the meantime.

DS OMG its that!!! yes!!!
hope you manage a nap later
WG - i was haveing pains yesterday and just took it easy and it seems to have stopped, i think getting your feet up is a good idea
21/06/2014 at 13:01
WG - hope the uncomfortableness in your bump settles down and you find something to pass the time whilst yoga isn't on.
RF - hahaha! That was one of the first hair bands I found on Google!
21/06/2014 at 14:12
I took some paracetamol earlier and it seems to have got rid of the uncomfortableness. I guessing it's all just growing and stretching related. Currently sitting in the garden chilling x
21/06/2014 at 17:16
Glad you've been chilling and the uncomfortableness has gone WG.
Well, O took part in the carnival procession but he was fast asleep the whole way round, which is typical of him, lol!

RF: Fantastic news on the name front. I might try to pin my hubby down to talk names tonight as I really want to get the ball rolling & have at least a few that we both like (maybe that's asking too much!!). There are no words for the headbands. I'm not a fan of headbands on girls with no hair (sorry for anyone who likes them) & luckily no one bought us any. Think I went on a lot about not wanting too much pink or that we wouldn't need shoes until she was walking. My mum has a tendency to buy 'busy' T-shirts with large pictures (hello kitty & disney are favs I think) & lots of sequins. Really should've said something early on but can't really say anything now!!
DS: Thanks for your support yesterday, I really appreciated it! Sorry to hear you had a bad night hope you got a nap in the end.
WG: Definitely take it easy. I'm getting pelvic soreness which I don't like. These 2nd babies really are a lot more inconsiderate than the 1st's!!!
AFM: Can't remember the last time I posted by I was sick after brushing my teeth for work on Tuesday (haven't been sick for ages) & bless her, Isobelle asked me what I was eating then said that Mummy was eating the toilet!! Been a bit tired & pathetic this week but have finally finished the planning I had to do so feel a bit more relaxed now. Also spoke with the head & have confirmed my last day working as 23rd Sept giving me a whole month before the baby arrives. I've now added up my days (I only work 2 days a week & don't work in August) so only got 9 weeks left so only 18 more working days, how crazy is that!!! Off to West End Live tomorrow for the 3rd year in a row. Can't wait but must remember sun cream!

No worries BK, I'm glad you got it sorted in the end. That's annoying about being sick again but at least you've got your planning done. I hope you can have a more restful week and enjoy tomorrow x
22/06/2014 at 07:10
BK you've had a busy few weeks so I'm not surprised you've not felt yourself this week. Hopefully you can rest up and feel better soon.
What's everyone up to today? H has already left to play golf, when he gets back we're going shopping. I don't really feel like it but I need a different bra or two as I'm not happy with the ones I got from M&S a few weeks ago. I also need some new sandals for the races next weekend plus H could do with some new stuff for holiday.
22/06/2014 at 08:02
RF - I hope work wasn't too bad yesterday. are you working sunday too?? Great that you have so much holiday to take, enjoy it! If you do sell it back at least you'll get a nice lump sum come april!
WG - Is there any pregnancy yoga classes that you could go to instead, or did you fancy something else? Enjoy your afternoon shopping! :)
BK - Have fun at West end live today. Great that you've arranged when to finish work, I'm hoping to finish around the same time as you. It's lovely (and scary!) to have a countdown on when you're finishing work. I hope this week is a bit less hectic for you!
Afm - Ive been a rubbish poster again this week. It's been really busy at work, manager is off next week so it's going to be worse! Fortunately we're going on holiday a week tomorrow so that's something to look forward to. Baby wise, lots of movement now which is lovely. I can already sense that I'll miss this stage once squidge is here. Today will be relatively chilled, popping to a camping show for last minute bits and then hopefully having a bbq later on :)
Hi to all that follow xxx

Hi all just a quick hello from me, hope you've all had a fab weekend so far.
My brother got married yesterday and all went to plan, had a gorgeous day! Just going to get ready and go for breakfast with the family now as we all stayed at the receptions hotel last night.

Rf that's great that you've agreed on a name now. Love the headband ;)!!
Ds hope you managed a better nights sleep last night.
Wg hopefully the shops are quiet for you today as it's sunny. I need to get more maternity bras as well but will have to wait til next weekend.

Hi jj welcome to 2nd tri! Hope the sickness eases off for you and doesn't continue. Sounds awful.
Boo enjoy the BBQ. Where are you off to on holiday?
Mrs l glad it went well.
Had a picnic for a friends 2 year old yesterday then a BBQ for my dad's birthday. Today we are going bowling with the family and a meal in the pub before travelling back home (my family are hour and half away from where we live). Baby is getting very wriggly first thing in the morning and when I go to bed. It's lovely but definitely getting kicked in places I never knew could be kicked!!

afm - i think our guinea pig may be on the way out, h just text me! eek! he is 4 tbf but its still sad :-(
working today boo! but its manchester day today so im hoping everyone stays away as theres lots of road closures etc. i have a list as long as my whole body with stuff that needs sorting before baby comes, starting to panic that we are mad and have taken on too much with doing the house up as everything not starting till sept and so its only really 2 months to get it all done, thankfully we arent doing any of it ourselves which is great...but then worried about relying on workmen too arrrgh! o also my lovely friend the mder rusty is making me a fab blanket for madam! im not at all crafty, so itl be lovely for her to have a home made blanket, its took many hours of deliberation but finally found one i love

Got stuck in traffic coming home which was a pain but unavoidable. I've also put my name on the list for a pregnancy yoga class and an aqua natal class so that hopefully I've got someone on e my current class finishes for the summer!
