jj just seen u were in hospital, glad all results ok and you are home. This is what Iv been getting and everything always normal they have said hormone induced headaches.
afm, well felt crap yesterday, had tp get h home from work as felt so ill, been up ALL night with bump pains so have been pacing about. **TMI** have had a 'clear out' too debating whether to call the hospital as not sure if it's gastroenteritis or something else, , going to hang on a bit and see if things settle. Eugh!
In other news football and swimming this morning and a party this afternoon although this may all be delegated to h when I make my mind up about my possible gastro lol.
take care all

JJ pleased they sent you home, hope you get some rest today and take it easy. X
RF hope you take it easy too, there's no harm in calling the hospital and see what they say x
AFM I'm still in bed waiting for H to bring me a cuppa, got backache but nothing too bad. Not sure what our plans are today but may pop out later. Tomorrow were having roast lamb at the MIL and a chilled day at home.
Hope you all have good weekends x

TRF-hoping it turns into something for you. Am i right in thinking you have a planned section?
JJ - so glad you're ok.
MrsL-well done for the chilled start.
AFM -rubbishy week got worse. I now have to use the machine to *** myself for glucose monitoring. You have to call Mon-Fri if 2 high readings a week and take readings 4 times a day. Both readings today were high. I got some contractiony pains when walking yesterday and had some light brown bleeding. Stopped when i sat. Was asked to go in. Monitoring suggested some uterine activity. Dr said all seems signs baby may come early. Had a steroid injection last night and again tonight to start preparing baby's lungs just in case. H couldn't come as still really ill. Hoping baby stays put!
Starred word is a word like stabbed that begins with p haha!

Jj - glad the symptoms stopped
Mrs L enjoy your lazy day
Rio - eek fingers dx baby stays put.
Afm no it doesnt promising it's still way way way too early for baby to come, have elcs booked for a few weeks time and even that's early , contractions type pains on and off most of the night, just a few pangs this morning. Mw asked if I wanted to go in but she's moving and they aren't constant so have just had lazyish morning at home, off to a bday party soon which is the last thing I want to do , honestly I suspect this girly will be trouble, never had any of this with her brothers.

Sorry TRF, didnt realise it was early for you. How early are you TRF? Might it be worth going in and then they could see if steroid injection or something useful for you?
25/10/2014 at 14:09
TRF - oh no, hope you're feeling better soon and the party goes well. Rest up as much as you can.
JJ - just seen your news from last night. Glad you got checked out but even better that you were allowed home.
MrsL - what a lovely relaxed start to your weekend. I hope it continues that way.
Rio - lots of baby stay put vibes coming your way Rio. Hopefully your readings come down a bit for your next test.
AFM - enjoyed a lovely full English to start the half term. H also had a payrise agreed recently so we popped out for him to eye up a new laptop. He's going to investigate if he can get it cheaper this evening I think. That's after I've made him find the spare changing bag which he's the only one to have used so I can pack baby's hospital bag, instead of having the pile sat next to the computer. Then I can move onto making the pile of my stuff.

RF: Hope things have settled down a bit for you now, no queue jumping me again!! In all seriousness, make sure you rest up x
JJ: Glad you're feeling better today
MrsL: Enjoy the chilled weekend
Rio: Wow sounds like you've really been through the mill recently. Hope baby stays put x
Sapphire: Mmmm full English!! Hope you manage to get hospital bag sorted
AFM: Not much to say today. Went to a 1st birthday party of 1 of my work colleagues, I'm now the 3rd year in a row to have an Oct 23rd due date!! Also found out that 1 of the others (the 1 with the 2 year old Oct birthday) is now pregnant which is funny as there has always been someone pregnant ever since I started at the school in Oct 2011 - we've also all started on 2nd babies in the same order as 1sts!! Very happy for her. The funny thing is that lots of people asked me when I'm due & when I said 2 days ago they actually stepped back away from me!!!! Haha!! My money is on a Halloween birth though, really shouldn't have nickanmed him Baby Pumpkin!!
Take care all x

Rio hope baby stays put for you
Rf how's things today?
Sapphire sounds like a nice start to half term did you get the changing bags sorted?
Bk people can be so weird around pregnant women lol, any signs yet?
AFM not much to report, h and I chilled yesterday and went for dinner last night. Had a nice long sleep again, think we might go for a walk thus morning before seeing mil later. I'm hoping baby doesn't come until Wednesday now as mum and sad sure away in the Cotswolds for half term and not back until then. I haven't planned om having anyone else at the birth except h but would like mu close by if needed especially whilst at home. Baby in vibes until Wednesday for me please ladies x

Just feeling knackered this morning. Iv escaped football and my h has taken both boys and then he's taking both cars to be washed (whilst child wrangling), felt horrific yesterday and fri but not enough that I felt I needed to go to hospital iyswim. Had on off contractions fri into Saturday but vvvv irregular and Iv not had a show or anything.
Bk in a weird way I did actually think you would hunt me down and kill me if I queue jumped again . Have had very good sleeps the past 2 days (as in 4+ hours but better than Iv been having and baby has been very active at times and then had hiccups last night.
In other news our extension is good to go (almost!!) Just needs painting and furniture building hurrah! Which I'm hoping they will get done on Monday/Tuesday and then they are going immediately onto the hall/stairs and landing, they might just finish it by the skin of their teeth
Baby out vibes to bk, and in vibes to everyone else. (I wouldn't mind baby out vibes from next week though, after my hall us done ).
26/10/2014 at 10:45
Not got time to answer everyone but glad all babies are staying put for now. Except BK- baby out vibes. No more contractiony feelings, a little more bleeding, but managed to have both steroid injections so hopefully baby's lungs will be preparing for any eventuality. Apparently glucose readings could be high simply due to steroid injections. Feeling much happier.
26/10/2014 at 14:07
MrsL: Hope your baby stays put till Wed!!
RF: Haha!!! Great news about the extension though, must be a huge relief.
Rio: Glad you've got the steroid injections done but hopefully your baby will stay in till full term.
AFM: Thought I had cramps yesterday but actually I think I ate too much at the restaurant!! So, nothing to report. My mum has now taken to texting me every other day to check. I spoke to her this morning & explained that I would tell her if anything changes but she just wants me to know she's thinking of me!! They're off to Butlins in Skegness tomorrow for the half term week & it's weird as we were supposed to be going too (whole family) but glad we made the decision to move our booking. Not much planned yet this week so I need to sort that out or else it's gonna be a very long week!!
& hopefully baby will listen to your baby out vibes!!

So, I'm now hoping that baby pumpkin won't come today because it turns out hubby had bought connecters for the tap & hose to fill the birth pool but hadn't checked them so I put I tested them & more water leaked out than went in the hose so I'll have to go to B&Q tomorrow & sort it out. I also forced him to look at the instructions for how to pump the water out after the birth as well as he was claiming it was too tricky. Honestly, I'm supposed to be relying on him to support me in this birth but instead I feel it's just me doing everthing. Arghhhhh - rant over (although there's obviously more to rant about but don't want to open that can of worms!!)!
26/10/2014 at 19:19
Oh BK baby in vibes for you too then until pool is sorted! Silly men! X
26/10/2014 at 20:56
Thanks MrsL, I know silly men, if you want a job doing then do it yourself!! x
