How was everybody's weekend? Anybody do anything nice?
We've all been full of cold this weekend, we had plans to get some more packing done but none of that happened. It's looking less and less likely that we will be moved this month and I'm just hoping we get moved before the twins get here.
Hi to all who follow!

Morning MS, sorry to hear you're all full of cold, hope you're feeling better soon. Also bad news about the move, fingers crossed it happens before the arrival, that is an added stress you can do without!
AFM - finally started on the nursery, we've got the furniture all built and I love it, it's very odd that soon a little person will be using it! Plans are now underway for the accessorising which is the bit I'm most looking forward to! In other news, as of next week I'll only be working 4 days a week until I start my mat leave, which feels like a massive relief as last week I was wondering how I was going to cope working full time for another 7 weeks!

MS, hope the colds do one soon and your packing goes well.
Woo woo- have fun finishing the nursery, that's thr best bit! And yay for 4 day weeks!
E has his 12 month jabs tomorrow :-( and I have my gp appointment on Wednesday to be referred to the midwife, think I'm about 6 weeks today.
E had his birthday party on Saturday, where has his first year gone!

How is everyone's week going?
MS sorry you've all had colds and the move isn't going according to plan. Hope you all feel better now and things start moving in the right direction.
WW I went down to four day weeks before I started maternity leave with S and it was ace, enjoy!
MrsP how was E after his jabs? Hope he didn't suffer too much. S was fine directly after his but about a week later he got quite grizzly, poor things.
AFM we picked up our car this weekend and I love it! I'm still nervous about parking it but the cameras are brilliant! It's so weird to think that in a couple of months it will have two car seats in the back. Feeling some really big movements from the baby now, including feeling what I think was a foot sticking out of my side last night. S also gave my bump a kiss yesterday, I wanted to cry!

How exciting for the new car Popcorn! What will the age gap between your two be? (Brain is frazzled and I can't work it out).
Jabs went ok thanks, but he's been grizzly for over a week now so it's hard to tell what's related!
I saw the GP today, just awaiting a call for my booking in appointment now, likelihood will be elective section at 39 weeks which I'm chuffed about!

MrsP it will be 18 months. It's not scary, not scary at all...

we'll have 20 months, so I inderstand how not scary it is!
I look forward to your updates on how easy and smoothly it will go x

Woo woo- how is the nursery going? Will we be seeing any flashes soon?
MrsP - If you don't mind me asking, why do you think it will be a ELCS at 39 weeks? I'll be having an elective, aiming to make it to 36 weeks because of previous EMCS and there being two babies
Popcorn - How are you getting on with the new car? I'm in the same boat as you and MrsP, there will be a 17 month age gap between Dexter and the twins. Eeek!
AFM - We got conformation yesterday that the house move/completion date will be next Thursday! So it's all systems go, busy packing. Once we've moved in, unpacked and settled it will be almost time for the babies to be here!

MrsP - What sort of party have you got planned for tomorrow? Glad that you're happy about the plans for an ELCS.
Popcorn - Ooh new car, lovely, especially one with cameras! How lovely that S gave your bump a kiss, sweet! And yay to big movements!
MS - Great news on the house, good luck with the packing. I don't envy you but I'm sure it'll all be worth it!
AFM - Not had a great week. With insomnia, back pain and hip pain I've felt pretty crappy. I had to take Wednesday off work due to complete lack of sleep and my back playing up, at least from next week I'm officially only doing 4 days! Nursery plans are moving slowly, we've got the furniture sorted and have pictures and shelves which will hopefully go up this weekend. If we get those done this weekend, I'll do a flash! And in other news, thank god it's Friday!!

MS great news about the move, hope that's enough time for you to get packed without over doing it too much. Getting on great with the new car, love it!
WW poor you :( take the time off that you need, work will always be there tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing a flash of the nursery when it's done.
AFM got a really sore pelvis this morning :( think I might have overdone it this week as H has been out after work a lot so I've been on my own, it's hard work! I punished H by taking us all to soft play this morning but it was a huge one and I sat and had a lovely hot chocolate whilst S led H a merry dance around the whole place *evil laugh*

MS - the GP started listing my birth options (emcs last time), she only got as far as elective and I said I'm in. Don't know why 39 weeks, she just said it would likely be in my 39th week, will go through in more detail with midwife. Could possibly be my age though.
Good luck with the house move, how exciting!
Popcorn - loving your work!
